For a long time I have wanted to teach in the world of coffee at an educational level, that is to say, to do my barista course and learn a lot about coffee. But, because of money issues I have not been able to do it, since barismo courses are really expensive, so in order not to get discouraged I started to learn at home watching videos and with information on Google.
And I saw this recipe from Café Dalgona, and I wanted to recreate it for you here.
It uses few ingredients and is a very tasty drink, it can be made hot and cold.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon hot water
1 cup of milk
Supplements:
Electric whisk
Measuring spoons
Manual whisk
I prepared the liquid milk, using one cup of water and 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, dissolved and heated.
The dalgona coffee has on top a coffee cream or foam that is achieved by mixing equal parts of instant coffee, sugar and hot water and beating constantly until it rises to the point of snow like meringue, and that is what I did with a hand mixer.
Once it is stiff, pour the milk into a glass and add the cream or coffee foam!
And ready, this was the final result, I consider that this coffee is very tasty and at the same time easy to make...
I understood that I don't need expensive courses to learn something that I am passionate about or that calls my attention!
I will continue in my goal of learning a lot about coffee and practicing as I did in this my first Dalgona Coffee.
☕Final result!☕
