Greetings my dear coffee lovers. I must confess that before I was not a regular of this type of beverage; however, my wife for a long, long time has been a great lover of coffee in all its presentations and thanks to her, my person little by little has been inserted in this fabulous world. In this sense, today I offer you my first publication in this great community, dedicated especially to coffee in all its presentations. Therefore, we will have a step by step of a cold coffee with chocolate in the style of omarcitorojas. Do not miss it, because it is really very good, let's all be active.

While it is true that there are many recipes and ways to prepare each style of coffee, in this case each person will have their own way of preparing the recipe that I offer you. So this preparation is carried out totally in my style, and I must confess that for a beginner in this delicious world, this version of coffee was very good, I even tell you that I drank the contents of the cup, as well as the glass, hahahaha, I did not leave it to anyone. Now, let's first detail what I need to make this recipe.
What I need
Below I offer the ingredients that are at hand at the moment of preparation, each one with its quantities; however, each person can prepare it as he/she likes. In the same way, the order to prepare the coffee depends on each person We start:
- 50 grams of powdered chocolate.
- 50 grams of powdered milk or liquid milk if desired.
- 100 ml of coffee already prepared, well charged or pure (the amount depends on you).
- Sugar to taste.
- Ice.
- Logically, blender, mixer, blender container, glass and cup.
Now, after presenting the ingredients and the necessary equipment to make this preparation, it only remains to go to the step by step of the cold coffee with chocolate in the style of omarcitorojas. I assure you that it is very good, a delight that everyone should try to make and you will see that you will not regret it. Saludos mis queridos amantes del café. Debo confesar que antes no era asiduo de este tipo de bebidas; sin embargo, mi esposa desde hace mucho, mucho tiempo si es gran amante del café en todas sus presentaciones y gracias a ella, mi persona poco a poco se ha ido insertando en este fabuloso mundo. Si bien es cierto que existen muchas recetas y formas de preparar cada estilo de café, en este caso cada quien tendrá su forma de realizar la receta que les ofrezco. Asi que esta preparación es llevada a cabo totalmente a mi estilo, y debo confesar que para estar incursionando en este delicioso mundo, esta versión de café me quedó muy buena, hasta les digo que me tomé tanto el contenido de la copa, como del vaso, jajajaja, no le dejé a nadie. Ahora sí, vamos en primera instancia a detallar que es lo que necesito parar realizar esta receta.
Que Necesito
A continuación ofrezco los ingredientes que se tienen a la mano al momento de la preparación, cada uno con sus cantidades; sin embargo, cada quien podrá prepararla a su gusto. De igual manera, el orden para elaborar el café depende de cada persona Iniciamos:
- 50 gr de chocolate en polvo.
- 50 gr de leche en polvo o líquida si lo desean.
- 100 ml de café ya preparado, bien cargado o puro (la cantidad depende de ustedes)
- Azúcar al gusto.
- Hielo.
- Lógicamente licuadora, batidora, recipiente para batidora, vaso y copa.
Ahora, luego de presentar los ingredientes y el equipo necesario para realizar esta preparación; sola queda ir al paso a paso del café frío con chocolate al estilo de omarcitorojas. Les aseguro que quedó muy bueno, una delicia que todos deben intentar realizar y verán que no se van a arrepentir.
