My best wishes to all coffee and tea lovers, very popular drinks that have a long history and tradition, tea arises in China and spreads to Japan, India and Great Britain, Coffee originated in Ethiopia and spreads to Arabia, Europe and South America. Tea was first discovered long before coffee, yet both enjoy a strong following.
I am very excited to participate in such a spicy and interesting discussion as to determine which of the two beverages is superior.

I must expose my criteria with a lot of tact, since the discussion among fans are usually characterized by being passionate and emotional. Each team manifests great loyalty to what they defend and wield arguments that sometimes are not rational, they get heated, it is the same as the discussion in soccer with the issue of who is better Ronaldo or Messy?

I can already tell you that I belong to the Group of Coffee Lovers, however I do not consider that one or the other beverage is superior to the other in any aspect, it is all a matter of taste, culture and tradition.

The choice is very much subject to the preferences and needs of each person, for example there are those who for medical problems must consume less caffeine and may prefer tea, others for example need to feel active and awake and opt for coffee.

If we all must recognize that both beverages have points in common, they have caffeine and are very beneficial for health, in the sense that they prevent diseases.

Both have their own characteristic way of preparation and in terms of flavor they have a diversity of flavor depending on the variety and the elaboration, some might say that the flavor of tea has more options, while coffee, although its flavor depends on the variety and how it is preferred to be consumed, its flavor should be more stable and distinctive.
Although many of us coffee lovers can enjoy a good cup of tea at any time that the body or the occasion requires it, many tea lovers have also shared and enjoyed a good cup of coffee.

In my particular case I was born in a coffee loving environment, and I need its aroma and flavor to start my days, but I resort to chamomile tea to tone my stomach and ginger and lemon tea for inflammation, to stay active and awake I resort to a cup of coffee.

When we all started to expose the advantages and disadvantages of each product and compared the one and the other, with objectivity, both groups decided to raise the flag of Peace and Respect.

I hope that those who read me also manage to reconcile with the opposite group, because each one looks for what suits him, each thing has a different flavor and in the end we enjoy what we LIKE.
