Greetings to all coffee lovers, this is the first post of this year 2024 that has just begun and I wish you all a lot of health, love and peace, that we can enjoy our cup of coffee, share the experiences and sensations that we live in the world of coffee lovers.
Really when deciding the choice of the Cafeteria with more or less lighting or any other feature will depend a lot on the objectives we have with the visit, if I want an intimate conversation, very personal there is no doubt that a dim lighting would be ideal for this occasion, however if I need to work, study or read then a place with good lighting is what I really need and look for.
I particularly like to enjoy daylight much more than artificial light, my country Cuba has an enviable climate, a blue sky and a nature that inspires, if I'm in a cafe in Old Havana nothing better than enjoying its cobblestones, its architecture and the atmosphere of its streets and squares.
During the day we generally need to be active and the brighter light radiates energy and according to specialists is very good for improving mood, it is much better for reading the menu and for taking photos with greater transparency.
I also enjoy the dim lighting in the evenings, I like the atmosphere of intimacy and complicity that it generates, when I go there after the workday with the purpose of chatting and isolating myself from the hustle and bustle of the day, it gives me a feeling of relaxation and deep wellbeing.
However, I think there is one point on which we will always agree, enjoying a good coffee will always be very welcome for all of us who love this beverage.
