Does any of you like to drink coffee without milk or drink coffee on an empty stomach? I do! But, then you need to think again. I do it mostly when I go out for my workout or for biking on a beautiful morning.
I was reading a forum where experts discussed how people who drink black coffee are prone to becoming psychopaths. I have been drinking black coffee for a long time, but I didn’t feel that way. I like coffee, but I am not saying that all of us like it. However, some need less sugar, some with less milk, and some need normal sugar.
So, do I need to reconsider my black coffee consumption and avoid socializing with other black coffee drinkers? Hey, you must be joking. And I have just ordered a drip coffee maker from Amazon. I hear if you have this drip coffee maker it makes your life easy. Let me see how it works for me.

By the way, Rene, my GF, feels the same as she often says that I should cut back on drinking black coffee because she feels that people who like to keep their coffee black have a higher chance of becoming psychopaths and sadistic by nature. But I can’t even imagine reducing the number of cups of coffee I drink.
They say if you like Latte, cappuccino, or macchiato then the chances are you’re likely to be a psychopath. Amazingly, I have been drinking coffee like this for a long time and haven't had any bad effects. Or maybe I am already a psychopath and am not aware of this, lol, they're funny!
Do you know there is a link between bitter coffee and being a psychopath? No, I am not saying this, but a group of experts says that. Let’s say they are experts, so they know what they’re saying. People who drink sweet coffee or more milk in their coffee are sweet and kind. I am talking about this because I like more sugar and more milk in my coffee, and trust me, I am very sweet, so I agree with them here, lol.
But they also say that the habits of eating bitter things and drinking bitter things also affect your nature. If you keep such habits for a long time, you can suffer from serious diseases.
They say drinking coffee is not safe before or after workouts. But, I can only say life is hectic, so, in such a situation, it’s hard to find time for a workout. Even during the workout, no one can say that he will get all the benefits. But I try to get the maximum benefit. I am not a wrestler, but I do workouts, or you can say I am a fitness freak, and I drink coffee. I don’t think it has harmed me, not so far at least.
I have heard people say it can energize their bodies for workouts. If you are also among them, then let me tell you that coffee is one way in which you can get more benefits from workouts. One can use coffee as a pre-workout drink. But, I repeat, I am neither a dietitian nor an expert on health, so ask your doctor.
Coffee actually contains caffeine, the consumption of which increases the movement of blood and energy in your body. As much as I understand, coffee makes you feel better and full of energy. One must drink coffee at least half an hour before working out. But then, everyone has a different body type, and it takes time for it to permeate into the body. You know, it usually takes 5 to 6 hours for your body to feel the effects of caffeine.
And I don’t spend a lot of time for exercise. I do a little aerobic activity, such as walking or running, for 15-20 minutes four to five times a week, to make sure I’m working at an optimal level. My whole workout is just a few pushups, a little time for warmup and cooldown. And that’s it. And yes, biking is my favorite exercise too.
By the way, I go to this place for a cup of coffee with Rene and there is a gym in the same building.
Coffee is not necessarily beneficial for everybody, or it gives the same benefits, harms, or even leaves the same effect for everyone. That’s why it’s important that you talk to your physician and not trust a layman like me.
A big question usually asked is whether black coffee is a good option. Let me tell you that black coffee is the best option before a workout, but if you are having trouble drinking black coffee, you can drink milk coffee. I have heard experts say both in favor and against coffee, anyway. So, don’t trust me, but trust your doctor.
And they say it helps people lose fat faster. I don’t drink coffee to lose weight, but what I've experienced is that my performance and focus have definitely increased by drinking a cup of coffee before a workout.
