It had been a long time since I had the opportunity to visit one of my favorite places to enjoy a delicious, frothy machine-made coffee, but now that I'm on vacation and have a little more free time, I've had the pleasant satisfaction of visiting a shop in my city to try a type of coffee I'd never tasted before.

The last time I visited Chello, there was a type of coffee on the menu that piqued my curiosity, as I had never tried it before. However, at that moment I decided on another type of coffee and made a mental note to come back and try the one I had left for another time.
One of the things I liked most about Chello is the friendly service provided by the staff, as well as the interior, which is truly beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and pleasant. I also love the fact that when you arrive, you take a seat, scan the code to access the menu, and then you have access to everything Chello sells and the price of each product.

I have always seen many posts shared by this community, some of which are about cold coffees and coffees with ice cream, and this was something that really interested me because I have always tried coffee when it is very hot and never imagined what cold coffee would taste like.
This time, I ordered an iced coffee, and this is what it looked like. Of course, by the time I took the photo, I had already tasted a little of the ice cream they had put in the coffee, and it was so delicious.

The mix of flavors was truly explosive and surprising, and I think it goes really well together, although you could quickly go from having something sweet and smooth in your mouth to tasting something very bitter that shocks you, but then you can lessen the bitter taste with the sweetness of the ice cream.
Something I didn't like very much, or that didn't really appeal to me, is that they add powdered coffee on top of the ice cream, and for my taste, the texture in the mouth and the bitter taste are not very pleasant.

That cookie that was used as a garnish was tasty, although to go with this coffee, I would have preferred the cookie not to be sweet and to have that bitter touch that they wanted to add by sprinkling coffee powder on top.
How am I at tasting coffee and giving my opinion?
I'm not complaining. It's the first time I've tried this style of coffee, and despite the opinions I've given, I have to say it was tasty, and yes, I'll be back at Chello anytime soon to order this style of coffee again to savor it once more.
