From the moment of cultivation to the delicious cup of coffee, this will be a little story-time about our experience growing and preparing this coffee.
I think the most important thing is the moments and this will be a good memory for the future.
This is my first time growing and preparing coffee in this way, if you see any mistakes or have any suggestions I would love to read them in the comments box.

Es una buena oportunidad para compartir una taza de café con mi novia.
Desde el momento del cultivo hasta la rica taza de cafe, este será un pequeño story-time sobre nuestra experiencia cultivando y preparando este cafe.
Creo que lo más importante son los momentos y este será un buen recuerdo a futuro.
Es mi primera vez cultivando y preparando café de esta forma, si vez algún error o tienes alguna sugerencia me encantaría leerla en la caja de comentarios

It all starts here, it was one morning when I see that my coffee plant already lost all the flowers and had small green fruits, from the moment I planted it until it gave its first buds it took about 13 months or more.
This plant is about 3 years old, but this is the first time that I will grow its fruits to take advantage of it.
I don't have any experience so this would be an experiment.
Todo empieza aquí, era una mañana cuado veo que mi planta de café ya perdió todas las flores y tenía pequeños frutos verdes, desde el momento que la plante hasta que dio sus primeros brotes pasaron como 13 meses o más.
Esta planta tiene unos 3 años, pero esta es la primera vez que cultivaré sus frutos para aprovecharlos.
no tengo nada de experiencia por lo que esto sería un experimento.
After some time the small fruits are ripening and changing their color. I started to take some of them and keep them to dry.
I am not sure if I should wait more or if they are at the right point to grow.
I believe that life is a learning process and this is a good opportunity to learn about it.
Pasado más tiempo los pequeños frutos van madurando y cambiando su color. Empece a tomar algunos y guardarlos para que fueran secando.
No estoy seguro si debo esperar más o asi están en el punto correcto para cultivar.
Creo que la vida es un aprendizaje y esta es una buena oportunidad para aprender sobre el tema.
I had forgotten about this project until I told my girlfriend about it and she encouraged me to continue.
She took care of growing the rest of the coffee and then we brewed it together.
We will let it dry for a while....
Había dejado en el olvido este proyecto hasta que le comente a mi novia y me animo a seguirlo.
Ella se encargó de cultivar el resto del café y después lo preparamos juntos.
Lo dejaremos secar por un tiempo...
Once dry my girlfriend tells me that it would be a good idea to meet up and have coffee together.
We start to roast the coffee beans....
and this is when the debate starts, neither of us has any experience with this, she says that we should roast and then grind and I think that after roasting we should remove the crust from the beans.
Yes yes... my girlfriend dominates me so I always accept her version, and we decided to do it her way "haha love if you read this you know that I love you very much" .
Una vez seco mi novia me dice que sería buena idea reunirnos y tomar café juntos.
Empezamos a tostar los granos de cafe...
y es aquí cuando empieza el debate, ninguno de los dos tiene experiencia con esto, ella dice que se debe tostar y luego moler y yo pienso que después de tostar hay que remover la corteza de los granos.
Si si... mi novia me domina por lo que siempre acepto su versión, y decidimos hacerlo a su manera "jaja amor si lees esto sabes que te quiero mucho" .

We pass through the grinder a couple of times until we get that fine coffee powder.
Pasamos por el molino un par de veces hasta conseguir ese fino polvo de café.
Time to brew the coffee. I do it differently, but my girlfriend's house rules apply, haha.
The product has good color.
We made 2 attempts, the second one was roasting the coffee powder a little more until we got a darker color.
Momento de colar el café. yo lo hago diferente, pero casa de mi novia sus reglas aplican, jaja.
El producto tiene buen color.
Hicimos 2 intentos, el segundo fue tostando un poco más el polvo de café hasta conseguir un color más oscuro.
Well, the color is very good, the aroma too, but it tastes a little different from the coffee I'm used to, it has a slight sweet fruity flavor.
I think we missed to do something else, my girlfriend really liked the way it tastes.
A positive point is that you can feel a good amount of caffeine that night we almost couldn't sleep hehe....

Bien, El color es muy bueno, El aroma también, pero tiene un sabor un tanto diferente al café del cual estoy acostumbrado, tiene un ligero sabor dulce frutal.
Creo que nos faltó hacer algo más, a mi novia si le gusto mucho como sabe.
Un punto positivo es que se puede sentir una buena cantidad de cafeína esa noche casi no pudimos dormir jeje...
Estaré leyendo sus comentarios amigos quisiera aprender si me falto algún paso y hacerlo mejor la próxima vez.
