Here with another short story with my inseparable friend “EL CAFË”.
A few days ago I went to accompany my daughter to a medical appointmenta cardiologist in Maracay/Aragua State, since another cardiologist gave her a not very good diagnosis and we wanted to seek a second opinion.
We were recommended a doctor in Maracay, which has a very good reputation, we made an appointment and off we went.
I traveled from Guatire and she from Yaracuy, we met at the clinic (in Maracay), we were both quite nervous but neither of us showed it, we talked about other things while she was being attended.
It was her turn and we went in, the very nice doctor first read the previous doctor's report and reviewed all the lab tests, which were fine.
Then she examined her and did an exhaustive study of her heart, which showed absolutely nothing of what the first doctor of Yaracuy said.
That doctor has a super updated equipment and with very good resolution (I think the first doctor's equipment is already obsolete).
After more than an hour with that Doctor who gave us such good news, my daughter and I hugged and cried with happiness, we said goodbye and left.
When we arrived at the parking lot where the cars were (mine and hers), my daughter said to me: “Mommy we have to celebrate, I am going to take you to a place near here where they prepare delicious coffees”, I answered her: “what better place to celebrate daughter, great, let's go”.
We both smiled and left, I was behind her in the car: we arrived at the place and parked. The very beautiful place called “Pa-Artesá”.
Since my daughter already knows the coffees they sell there, she recommended one called “BOMBÓN”, so we ordered one for each of us.
That coffee bonbon has a layer of condensed milk, a layer of espresso and another layer of evaporated milk, it is a delicious coffee but very cloying, it is more like a coffee sweet, so it does not deserve to be combined with any snack (cookies, cakes), drinking it alone already completes your sugar dose for about a week, hahahahahaha, but I really loved it.
She mixed it up so fast that I didn't have time to take the picture of the two of them together, hahaha...
If I ever visit that coffee shop again I will order it again, I recommend it to people who like sweet things like me, not to those who drink coffee without sugar or without a lot of sugar.
I didn't know the cost of the coffee, my daughter got up and went to cancel directly at the cashier and didn't want to tell me the price, I guess it wasn't very cheap, hahaha.
We left happy and content with the news from the Doctor and for the time we spent delighting ourselves with that appetizing coffee/sweet.
