Cappuccino is one of the drinks that can be enjoyed hot or cold, the rich cappuccino can be combined with a variety of fresh fruit, the combination of cappuccino and fresh fruit flavors creates a drink with a unique taste, I really like the combination, especially cold cappuccino combined with fresh pieces of fruit, tastes delicious. Besides mango, we can also combine avocado, banana, strawberry and various other fruits that have a sweet taste with a slightly sour taste.
Today I will combine ripe mango which tastes sweet and fresh with cappuccino, when I first imagined the combination of mango and cappuccino, I thought it was "weird", but after I made and enjoyed it, it turned out to be delicious, I liked the taste of the cappuccino which is sweet and when I bite into the pieces of mango, the sweetness of the mango overpowers the taste of the cappuccino. PREPARATION
We know that mango is a fruit that contains quite a lot of sap, so before being processed into a drink, I will prepare the mango first.
First I will peel the skin and then wash the mango to remove the sap, make sure the sap contained in the skin of the fruit is gone, so I wash the peeled mango with running water.
Next I will cut the mango in the form of dice, we can also use a cutting board to help cut the mango fruit.
After I cut the mango into cubes, later I prepared the other ingredients. The materials I use are:
1 sachet cappuccino
1 ripe mango that has been cut
400 ml hot water
1 cup ice cubes
THE METHOD
The steps for making mango ice cappuccino are :
The first step is to pour 1 sachet of cappuccino powder into a heat-resistant glass.
The second step is to add hot water into a glass containing cappuccino powder, stir until the cappuccino dissolves. I use hot water so that the cappuccino powder dissolves quickly so that the taste and aroma of the cappuccino is more pronounced. After the cappuccino powder dissolves, leave it until the cappuccino drink cools down
The third step is to arrange the ice cubes into a serving glass.
The fourth step is put the mango pieces into a serving glass, place them on top of the ice cubes.
The fifth step put the cold cappuccino drink into a serving glass containing mango pieces, when mixing the cappuccino it must be cold, if we pour the still hot cappuccino drink into the mango pieces then the mango taste is not fresh and the drink is not good, so make sure the cappuccino drink it's cold.
RESULT
Fresh mango cappuccino flavored drink ready to be served
I still have mango chunks and ice cubes, I will add them to a serving glass.
This drink is more delicious served cold because it keeps the mango fresh when eaten.
