This coffee, The mystery of time

I remember it was a time of many debts in my life, I dreamed of designing a great fancy costume to perform in nightclubs and start living from the show and the night, a plan that I postponed on countless occasions.

I knew that starting my own business was the starting pistol to reach a desired and fluid independent economy, but I was full of fear, I suffered from an emotional blockage that made me cry at night until I almost drowned in a half-empty glass of tears.

"Great architect of the universe, hear my prayers, I need a sign, a chance to get out of this hole, I promise to reciprocate in any way you please."

An incredible dream, nightmare with touches of reality, familiar faces that when approached were Hollywood celebrities, rabbits in hats, shamrocks, places I've never been before and more weirdness.

I wake up with a start, look at the clock; 11:11 pm. I brew my clear coffee to relax, I recently heard my friend say that this number on the schedule has its mystery, I go to Google....

Basically, it means to listen to intuition, destiny answers me; "That idea that has been going around in your head for a long time is a good idea".

A chain of links led me to get up early and I ended up enraptured in a forum of oniromancy and cosmic numerology, a decision, a sign, playing the municipal lottery, the number 1111 for 11 days in a row.

The rituals ordered me to make plans with the money, to take it for granted that I had the winning ticket, there was no room for doubt, I never drank so many cups of coffee in one day.

And the prediction came true, at the end of day 11 I was the brand new winner of $500,000.

Many people say that money is not synonymous with happiness, that first a camel goes through the eye of a needle, but I will never forget the feeling of adrenaline with euphoria that invaded my body, I touched the sky and I deserved it.

I woke up in the emergency room of the hospital, confused, dazed and disoriented, all of a sudden my reason and energy came to me, I had half a million dollars to enjoy, I sneaked out of the place in a hurry.

Minutes later, I was submerged in a crisis of insecurity when I saw the balance of my account, there was no powerful transaction, and even worse, there was no trace of the winning ticket, things happened that my mind could not remember, how did I get to that hospital?

I walked defeated through the streets and cried disconsolate sitting in the park, I had the solution to all my problems and the joy lasted a breath.

Suddenly a mysterious older woman approached me and said some wise words: Everything has a solution except death!, we spent a long time talking, I told her my tragedy in detail, when she said goodbye she handed me an envelope and said: This is coffee, it is not common, it is a very special one, if you learn how to use it you will be able to answer those questions that torment you!

I got home convinced that it was all a dream, a mental lapse, I sat down in front of the computer, I wanted to know more about that traumatic shock I suffered and I came across the browsing history of the previous day, the forums, numerology, oniromancy, everything was real, it was time to take that coffee.

I was aware that supernatural things could happen, but my desire to know the fate of my money was greater, I closed my eyes and took the first drink... an abstract spiral, a mosaic of smells, images, sounds, little by little a black cloud disappeared and there I was, celebrating the fortune when the coffee ended and I returned to the present.

I prepared the whole envelope and cup by cup, I was stirring the facts, I was marching excited to redeem my ticket, I stopped at a tasting of handmade sweets, or so I thought, they gave me a chocolate, I ate it and steps later I fell unconscious in the middle of the road, a couple of strangers immediately fled with my belongings.

I tried to change my actions, but the trip to the past is only as a witness, you can not alter the thread of time, already in the present, I searched endlessly for the evil people, I was unsuccessful, I explained to the authorities my case and it was useless, I even went to the municipal lottery office and cried like a child without a toy.

I would like to say that I got my money back, paid my debts, financed my projects and went on a trip around the world, but it was not like that, the prize was given to the ticket holder.

It is sad, isn't it? A hard blow, I keep the words of the wise woman: "Everything has a solution except death" and I add another phrase: "As long as there is life there is opportunity".
