It is Monday today; the first Monday in December and, by extension, the first Monday in Advent. 'tis also the fourth day in Advent, which brings me to the fourth day of the 2023 edition of the Coffee Advent!
The last two coffee's were sweet coffees, with those being an Eggnog and then a Sugar Cookie. Today's coffee looks to be just as sweet: Toasted Marshmallow!
This was another lightly flavoured coffee, unlike the Eggnog, which had an overbearing eggnog flavour which ruined the coffee for me. Today, however, the toasted marshmallow provided a light sweetener which surprisingly added to the taste of the coffee, and neither detracted nor overpowered it. I will admit to enjoying a good toasted/roasted marshmallow as is, so that definitely let me enjoy this particular day's coffee a little more.
