Muy buenos días a todos los amantes de #cafe como están el día de hoy , Hace unos días les hable un poco de porque la calidad del café bajo en mi país #Venezuela , pero hoy hablaremos de las distintas formas de preparar nuestro delicioso café así que espero les guste y se sientan cómodos con la lectura
Damos inicio con una café muy popular y es que cómo dejar de nombrar en gran Café Expreso , algo que lo caracteriza es esa increíble capa de crema densa que se forma en la superficie del vaso en el que lo sirven , y esta Capa de Espuma cremosa se forma por la presión en la que sale este café de la máquina o cafetera que lo prepara
Este café tiene un origen Italiano , y su preparación se hace con una cafetera espresso , es decir que para darle esa textura en nuestras casas es algo complicado , la cafetera espresso le da la capa de espuma cremosa que tanto nos gusta así que a no ser que tengas una de estas cafeteras en tu casa creo que sería un trabajo casi imposible de lograr , ¿ Usas alguna técnica especial para crear la capa de espuma cremosa en este café ?

El Café cortado también es una variación algo similar a el café Expreso ya que acá este café también tiene una llamativa capa Cremosa , pero en este caso es de Leche , le agregan espuma de Leche caliente , si lo vemos pues a simple vista no tiene mucha diferencia al café Expreso , pero si lo tiene en su sabor
Y esto se debe a que la leche le dan un toque extra de dulzura y textura mientras lo pruebas , todos sabemos que la mezcla de de leche y café es la gloria así que en este café se mezclan tres grandes cosas que amamos todos , como lo es , El café , leche y una buena textura

Pero en este caso el capuchino es un café que está compuesto por Café , Espuma de Leche y un adorno especial , para el capuchino se agregan partes iguales de Espuma de Leche y café y es decorado con un poco de Canela en polvo o también con cacao en polvo es según tu elección favorita , pero como les digo no he tenido la oportunidad de Probar el capuchino

Pero en otros lugares o países esto varía mucho ya que estoy seguro de que todos o la mayoría preparamos el café con leche de una forma distinta sin tener que usar una maquina Expreso , y es que por lo general yo lo preparo de una forma más fácil y casera sin tener que usar las cafeteras especiales para poder lograr un buen café con leche , Es tan fácil como simplemente hacer nuestro café normal y agregar leche a nuestro gusto y ya , es muy fácil
