Although we slept this night an hour less, it wasn't very hard to wake up at 6:40 am. It is Sunday, and that means waking up early and getting ready for the one-hour long trip. The reason, you already know, going to my work that may not be called work at all because the time spent here is more than pleasant. If you enjoy what you do, then it is not difficult to work play the piano. The coffee break is not bad either.
What you see in the glass is a layer of cold almond milk and on the top of it is coffee, the way I like to serve myself when I am here. The croissants - there is nothing to be explained. πFilled with chocolate, of course.
My little friend, Dreaming Buddha who appeared on the bar where the smoothies and Bloody Mary cocktails are served had nothing against the short coffee break I took. However, he waited for the second part of the piano playing session, he even sent one lady to me who asked for Chopin. She took a seat by me and listened to that Nocturne in C# minor, which brought tears to her eyes...
The day continued on the road again. You remember, I said it was not difficult to get up, but the truth is that I slept in the car for some 20 minutes. Hahaha, don't worry, it was my husband who was driving.
We had to pick up our son at one place, but we still had almost an hour before the agreed time of meeting him. That's how we ended up in a flea market. Pretty cool flower pots, right?
The meeting with our son happened under these flowers on a tree. What was nicer, the blue sky or the flowers? I can't say. Probably hugging my son was the best part of that moment.
As we were (we are still here at the moment I write this post) in the area where we had lived before we moved, we took the opportunity to visit our ex-neighbour. We used to buy oranges and tangerines from him.
Today we did the same, with a special way of choosing the fruits. We picked them together from the trees! That was a very enjoyable time spent in his garden not just because of the way of picking the oranges and tangerines. There were interesting topics to talk about, especially after not seeing him for a few months.
Oh, a cute ladybug was also there:π
We visited another friend too, actually her restaurant. The coffee and the croissants from the morning are not enough for a whole day, of course. There we had a tasty lunch, dessert and Baileys so we could continue our day with energy. π
A walk on the promenade was a must! Sunshine, blue sky and sea, and... pebbles! Lots of pebbles. π
I didn't pick any of these books, but pebbles...? Hahaha, there will be some work for the Kindness rocks community. π
