I am trying to make a little bit of time to get out and walk without the pressure of having a goal or a job to accomplish. I am all to guilty of fixating on the goal and allowing life to rush on by all the while.

I would say this was a typical Virginia day. Seventy and sun, basically not too shabby! I enjoy getting out in nature and am daily amazed at the lack of pesky bugs here. In Michigan mosquitos were ubiquitous pests; whereas here they are nary a concern. I credit the fact that there is no flat ground here, hence the water is always moving giving mosquitoes no good place to breed! It all works to remind me how it is funny how quick we can forget past hardships!
Some trees are bare while others are still green! Overall though I would say most a bicolored like this here, a bit of green to go with the different shades of yellow or reds.
I always say that the time between the end of Halloween and the start of the holidays goes by at double speed. I feel like we are gaining speed already...such a wonderful time of the year!
