Yesterday I was able to take several nice pictures of a tiny little mouse that was picking up food that fell from the bird feeder to the ground. It was a very cute little mouse and it was only here for less than a minute, but I tried my best and took several pictures of it. These are the first pictures of a mouse like this and it is very cute. Unfortunately the light was not the best and I also had to photograph through a window. I have to figure out where I can put up a bird feeder in the garden that belongs to the house where my flat is in but since I share the garden with several other people I have to talk to them if I can set up a small bird feeder so I can attract some nice birds in the garden for my photography. Otherwise I need to find another place that could fit for this project.

I am happy that I have now also a little mouse in my photography collection, but a mouse I really need to find in the future is the "Hazel dormouse" which is one of the cutes mice but a little bit hard to find. A read about a project for creating nesting spots for these mice somewhere here in Austria, but I couldn't find out where so I still need to do a little more research on it. Getting some nice pictures in animal photography is always connected with a lot of research on the animal and some are much more difficult to find than others. But the more you know about the species you want to take a picture of the easier it gest and sometimes there are also some lucky shots like this where you see a special animal just as coincidence.
