Wellness
The notion of wellness refers to the set of all those things needed to live well. This term evokes feelings of happiness and vitality.
It is a subjective concept that is closely related to the needs, tastes and personal preferences of each individual.
Although health and fitness are important aspects, wellness is much broader and can be defined as the practice of healthy habits in all aspects of life, including health, fitness, mindfulness, mental health and social well-being.
I took these photographs of a beautiful and smiling young woman earlier this year during a business event at a renowned hotel in the east of the city, in which the young woman was participating as a sales promoter for one of the commercial houses that was present.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Bienestar
La noción de bienestar hace referencia al conjunto de todas aquellas cosas que se necesitan para vivir bien. Este término evoca sentimientos de felicidad y vitalidad.
Se trata de un concepto subjetivo que está íntimamente relacionado con las necesidades, los gustos y las preferencias personales de cada quien.
Aunque la salud y la forma física son aspectos importantes, el bienestar es mucho más amplio, pudiéndose definir como la práctica de hábitos saludables en todos los aspectos de la vida, lo cual incluye la salud, la forma física, la atención plena, la salud mental y el bienestar social.
Estas fotografías de una hermosa y sonriente joven, las tomé a principios de este año durante la realización de un evento empresarial en un reconocido hotel del este de la ciudad, en el que la joven participaba como promotora de ventas de una de las casas comerciales que estuvo presente.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
