We must have encountered different people at different stages of our lifetime. And it’s surely a pleasure to be with all these individuals. At times we spend years with some but later on, we have no choice but to leave them and meet with new faces elsewhere or they would be the ones to leave us and meet with other faces elsewhere.

The beauty about life is that many times we think our best friends are our best gift or the best thing that is yet to happen to us. We might have been together with them for years but in the long run, we realize that they are just meant to be in our history book.

Friendship goes beyond the duration of being together or closeness. It builds on trust, love, unity, and perseverance. So a stranger of today might turn out to be the best of friends you ever met, while that best friend of yours today might turn out to be your sworn enemy tomorrow.

She is among the first friends I met online because I would say I have met several people online and they are my friends. But she is the first person I would build a connection with online to date.

I met her on a platform called QunQun, a Chinese application for posting content and earning. I was amazed at the way she put her energy into accomplishing her desires. The way she ranked at the top within a little time frame. I have always followed her since then till I lost track of her when the QunQun went down. I felt maybe we are not bound to know each other more than that.

Time flies.

Another platform came on board which is the Uptrennd platform. I have been on the platform for months but I never even thought of meeting a personality like her not until this very day when I was fortunate to come across a comment of hers on a member's article. I saw the unique username and that made me think back to her days on QunQun. I checked her profile and followed her. Then I studied her activities for about two weeks. I realize she had that similar energy she discharged on QunQun. Then I dropped her a message to challenge who she was and probably she knew who I was.

The Uptrennd university

Did she know me? No. She didn’t know who I was despite how much I tried to explain myself. Days passed by and the Uptrennd university came on board. When destiny is bound to play its game no man can change that unless God's grace. We were both selected to be among the first set of students in the university. We got a group chat then gradually I was able to have her contact info on my phone. At this time I could remind her well about our days on the other platform. She got a clearer picture and from there we got to know ourselves better.

The doom of Uptrennd and the dawn of readcash and hive.

Since I already got her contact number I could give her a direct message. When Uptrennd crashed down, everything was like the end time but the princess never stopped. I couldn’t believe she is already growing her account on the Readcash platform gradually, she was also doing the same on hive. Uptrennd vanished into the thin air, many gave up on blogging but princess didn’t. She told me more about how Readcash operated and how to make an earning.

I tried my best and I started earning too. She became a backbone and a mentor to me on the platform, she encouraged me physically and financially. I don’t know how much more to appreciate all she has done. But I have always wished to see her even for once. We planned to meet up dates but destiny never brought us together physically.

She has been a good friend of mine here on blockchain. As I also look forward to meeting with more new friends here on hive and having a nice time together.
