Hi everyone here in the hive learners community.
Today is another wonderful day on the earth's surface. Life goes on as usual. And yeah that is just the way it is. Even though at times we might not live up to our anticipation and the way we want. But the basics of life and what matters is that we are looking forward to a greater future ahead of us.
I remember last year I had no special plan for how my future would look like. Nothing to look forward to. But I have a dream to accomplish. The journey was just so far ahead. The dream looked so blurry but there was one. Confusion mixed up with commotion.
I made a post recently about my accomplishments here on Hive, the hurdles, the milestones, the target, the failure, and all. But I am still grateful I am a part of another year to look forward to. Every year comes with its accomplishment.
For this year…
I am hopeful and prayerful about it, but I have a lot of goals to be accomplished. I aimed for a future of my dreams. I have been working on a fish farm since last year and it's been an amazing road so far. I am still in my struggling phase but this year I am hopeful that I get to achieve some greater milestone
What's my milestone set for the year?
Company name registration
This year I am hoping to have my farm registered successfully. With this, I can have access to loans and grants from NGOs and other financial institutions too. So I think I will be able to accomplish that for the year. As it will go a long way to aid my goals and target on my farm. As for every farmer, business owners would always aim for growth and profitability.
Farm extension
I am still having my farm in a little space, and this is because of my financial capacity. I am unable to make that extension because I will need a huge amount of funds for the project to be accomplished and one way to access these funds is to be able to get access to loans and grants.
Chain of production
For every chain of production, it’s either you are at the beginning, the middle, or at the end. So what matters in producing value from your chain of production? I am presently at the beginning of the production chain where I raise broodstocks, mate, and produce fingerlings for farmers.
As for this year, I want to master that aspect and then possibly move on to the end chain production where I can get my catfish smoked and packaged then have them distributed to several stores in need of the service. With the packaging, I can add more value to my product.
These are my vision and mission for this year and I look forward to accomplishing most if not all of them. I pray God will help me.
This is my response to the hive learners community weekly featured content on hive for the week 95 edition 3 and the topic to be discussed is LOOKING FORWARD.
