How much a person struggles to get a job in his life and as the situation is today, it becomes even more difficult to get a job because nowadays it is the era of competition and one has to work very hard for a small job. Talking about jobs, there are some types of jobs around us and there is a certain age to get a job, only after that a person can do a job. In many places, it happens that people below 18 years of age are not employed and doing so is also considered a punishable crime in which it happens. There was a time when there used to be child labor in many places and once there came a time when their number increased a lot. There are many states in a country where people are very poor and due to poverty some people are not able to educate their children, so in such a situation, they put their children to some work after the age of 10-12 years so that they have some work and some money will also come home. Money can fulfill a person's needs to a great extent and you can imagine that if a person is living in such a family where he has eaten food in the morning, then it is not known whether he will get food at night or not. In such a family, you can imagine how important money will be and whether such a family will be able to educate its children.

If I talk about my country, then child services have been completely stopped here, you will not find such services anywhere here. There was a time when the number of these had increased a lot and it had become a matter of concern for everyone because the literacy rate was decreasing in that country and no one liked to see such young children working. But then some policies of the government came due to which the education system was improved and the government brought many such schemes so that children were forced to go to school. The tempting schemes brought by the government proved to be very helpful in this. This tempting scheme was also liked by their parents who never sent their children to school and then the child labour of some youth stopped completely. Along with this, the second thing that the government did was that all the factories, companies or any type of business that were running, brought this rule that if any establishment employs people below the age of 18, then strict action will be taken against them. Along with this, the government has asked all the companies running in the country to update their policies and many things have been changed due to which no one can employ underage children even if they want to.
Employing young children means playing with the future of the country because they are supposed to study and if they work at that age, their education will remain incomplete and they will never be able to progress in the field of education in the future and will be able to do the same small jobs that they are doing now. I am happy that due to some policies of the government, child services are not seen in our country today and this is a good thing. Children of the age of studying should focus all their time on their studies and not on any work.
