Only those people hide success in their life, either those who have good luck or who have worked well and hard, but many times it is also seen that the person who works too hard is not able to achieve the success he deserves, on the other hand, many people Here also we see that a person works very little hard but his luck is so good that he achieves a lot of success, so these two are quite different but if seen, both have something in common. I have seen many people in my life who are working very hard but still they have to struggle a lot in their life. I am not saying that you will not get success by working hard but I have seen this happen many times. I have seen that life tests you and the only thing I want to say is that if someone is not getting success despite working hard, then there will be an option for him in a much better path, if he does not give up and continues to work hard. If you keep working hard then one day you will definitely become a successful person, hence the person who is working hard needs this type of motivation. I have also seen many people who bother you a lot at one time but if they do not get success one day then people there get disappointed and they stop trying to achieve it but it is not right to do so because It is possible that you may get a better option than what you had even imagined, that is why we should keep trying continuously, who knows when some success comes to you, it can change your life.

Many times it happens in life that luck also favors you, although it has happened very few times in my life that luck has favored me, but once upon a time it happened with me when luck favored me. During my school days, when I was studying in class 9, I used to go to school from my home by bus. So this is the time when our half yearly exams were going on and I had come to my bus stop before the scheduled time because I knew that there was an exam so it would be better to go a little earlier. I did the same and I I was waiting for the bus at the bus stop. It had been a long time but the bus had not yet come to my bus stop. At one time I was feeling very strange because the bus normally comes on time but it took a day. Didn't come. Then I saw that some senior students of my school, who lived at some distance from my stop, were coming on foot and they told me that the bus has broken down and we will have to go on foot. My exam starts at 9:00. It was 9:15 and I was at my bus stop at 9:15, so I was very scared and worried because I had missed my exam and it was also possible that I might not be allowed to sit for the exam again. I was very scared and nervous and walked towards the school on foot. Our school was quite far away, so it took me about half an hour to reach there, then after that I saw that there was a lot of peace in the school and all the students were busy in giving exams. I reached my class scared and there I saw that all the children were present except me. Then I told madam that our bus had broken down today. At first madam got a little angry but then she told me that it is okay, you can finish your papers and Sit there with the answer sheet and you will be given a little more time. That day, luck favored me a lot and I got time to appear for the exam and also got full time to do the exam.
Similarly, there is an incident in my life where I worked hard and hard work supported me a lot, so this incident happened when I went from my city to another city for a job and my job was in a private company. It was also installed but the biggest problem there was that no one was present there to train the person who was mine because all the seniors did not know the work and those who knew the work lived far away. And it was not possible for them to leave their work and come near and learn the work, so in such a situation I was facing a lot of problems in learning the work. It had been almost 2 months since I joined there and I was not able to learn what was my main work because I was not trained but our project manager was not able to understand this, he felt that Any person can do this work but it was not so because they did not fully understand my work. There they used to scold me many times because I was not able to do the work properly, then one day when I got really worried, I thought that I will learn this work myself and I did not help anyone for that and I worked hard day and night to make him comfortable in the work and I learned all this by working overtime because during my office hours, I had a lot more work to do and whatever I got was a time saver or I used to get free time in the evening and during that time I used to do other work, so I got a lot of information and I also collected a lot of information through the internet and by incorporating all this, I learned about my main work.
According to whatever experience I have in life, I feel that hard work is more important than luck because sometimes luck will support you and sometimes it will not support you, but if you achieve something by working hard then it will always be with you. It will remain and even if you ever fall down from the place, you can stand up again because the person who has worked hard knows everything and can achieve this position there again but it is achieved by luck. If a thing is snatched from you then it may take you a lot of time to get it back or it may be that you may not be able to get it back, that is why I feel that hard work has more importance in our life.
