Everything in our life is about health, if our health is good then only everything is there otherwise nothing is right. Someone has rightly said that health is wealth, I agree with this hundred percent because no matter how much money you earn, no matter how rich you become, but if your health is not good then what will you do with that money. For example, if a person is very rich but he has a disease in which he can only eat boiled food, then you can think how difficult his life will be and he can buy and eat expensive dishes with money but he cannot do anything about his health. You yourself think that if a person falls sick even for a day then how difficult it is and later on he starts feeling that he has become weak.

In today's busy schedule, people have become so busy with their work that they do not get time to take care of their health. I have seen many people who easily ignore minor illnesses and think that just by taking a few doses of medicine, the illness will be cured but this is not necessary because many times the illness remains hidden and later comes out in a bigger form. There are very few people who get their health checkup done from time to time. Many people feel that it will be right to get a checkup done only when symptoms appear in the body and in this process they do not get many things checked. There are some diseases whose symptoms are visible but there are some serious diseases whose symptoms are visible only when it takes a very serious form and after that it is very difficult to control the disease. That is why if a person is getting his body checked from time to time then he remains aware about his body and if any disease is lingering in his body then that too gets detected and he can get the treatment done in time.
It will be a very good decision that it will be mandatory for every citizen to get his/her health checked because this will result in less people falling ill and people becoming more aware of their health. Health checkup is also important because many people ignore diseases due to carelessness and then later they have to suffer heavy losses. Many times we see around us that many people leave this world at a very young age and it happens due to some disease. If we look at the basic reason behind those things, then it happens that those people commit some negligence due to which they have to suffer this result.
I say that just like the traffic police issue challans against those who violate traffic rules, similar action should be taken against those who do not get their health checkup done. Just like we get our vehicles insured which is valid for about 1 year, similarly everyone should have a certificate stating that they should get their checkup done from time to time and action should be taken against those who do not do so and a heavy fine should be imposed so that people will at least get their health checkup done due to the cost.
It will take a person a maximum of one hour to get a proper health checkup done. If a person cannot spare even one hour in a year for his life and health, then such a person does not love himself. The first priority for a person is his health and if a person cannot spare time for his health, then what can one say.
