Today's time is such that to do a job, you may or may not have a degree but you must have some skill. Today, even if you have a big degree, if you do not have the skill to work, then that degree has no value. There was a time when people were given jobs by looking at their degrees, but now times have changed a lot and since there has been advancement in the technical world, people have started preferring those people who have good skills. Now times have become more advanced and now people have also become advanced and they keep upgrading themselves from time to time because they know that technology is changing and new technologies keep coming and it is very important to upgrade skills according to this, otherwise those people will be left behind. I will tell you the best example of this. Nowadays you must have seen that shoots are done with drone cameras and if someone has to shoot an aerial view, then he takes the help of drone camera for that, but a few years ago when the drone camera was not invented, this work used to be done by a cameraman by boarding a helicopter.
Now you think that since the invention of drone camera, the cameraman is no longer of any use because now drone camera has taken its place, so technology is changing from time to time and there is a great need to upgrade oneself. Now as it is the era of Artificial Intelligence, people need such skills that they can survive in the coming times. Ever since the world of Artificial Intelligence has developed, people have started fearing of losing their jobs and they keep thinking that they do not know when they will get their job back and at present so many companies have done lay-offs because they have now started getting work done by Artificial Intelligence instead of employees.
Although there is still a demand for many skills, but as now is the era of Artificial Intelligence, I feel that I can learn machine learning and work on it within 1 month. I am saying this because as my background is related to programming and I have done some solved programming, I feel that there will be nothing new for me here and after revising a few things, I can go back to that field. Although now I have changed this field, but if I start studying those things again, then I can learn it. Nowadays the demand for these things is very high and maybe after some time the demand for these things will increase even more, so that's why if we learn this skill on time and keep increasing our practical knowledge on them, then it is possible that we can also get a good option in this.
In today's time, seeing the way the times are changing and new technologies are developing, it seems that a person should learn new skills from time to time and pay more attention to those skills which are in great demand in the future because it is possible that the work you are doing at present may not be useful in the future and then the person faces a lot of difficulty in finding a new job.
Well, it is easy to learn any skill, if a person has the passion then he learns it very quickly.
