Whether a person talks to someone in real life or not, he has a different image on social media and he lives a different life on social media. Nowadays, apart from social media, you must have seen that people have started getting work online and they can work from home without going to office and they do not even need to contact their boss, there people can stay in touch through online video call or any other medium. Think about it, how strange it is that you are doing someone's work without meeting him and he is giving you work without meeting and that person will also pay you salary.
Now if we are talking about online work, then we have to be very careful in this as well. For example, you apply for an online job and you get a response to your application quickly and you have an interview and then you are selected, after that you are told that you have to work and your task is explained to you. Any company, whether it does offline work or online, has a rule that there is no salary in the beginning and you will be paid salary only after you work for at least one month. In such a case, the biggest problem is here because sometimes through some online fraud, people get their work done by someone else but do not pay the salary at the end of the month. The problem arises when you are working online and the person who is giving you work has never met you nor do you know much about his firm. In such a case, whom will you approach for salary because you have worked for a month but after that, if you are not getting salary or that person has broken contact with you, then it becomes a big problem.
To deal with such cases, first verify the employer for whom you are working and take all the details of the company from the person who is giving you work and tell him how much risk is there in working online like this, so in the initial stage he should be given salary on weekly basis. This will ensure that the person working there will also get the certification that I am reducing someone's genuine place and tourists will keep coming on weekly basis, so trust will keep building in it. Then when the person working is completely trusted, then you can give him salary on monthly basis. It is very important to verify your employer because many times it happens that the person who is in the pursuit of getting a job starts working without thinking anything but in the end he gets scammed.
Similarly, if you are making a relationship with someone on social media or even talking to someone, then first of all you should check his profile thoroughly and only when you feel that he is genuine, then only you should talk to him further. First of all, try to make contact with only those people who are around you or are mutual friends because it means that we can trust him to a great extent. Never make friends with those people whom you do not know because first these people will slowly befriend you and then after that they can involve you in many types of online schemes and you can become their victim. For example, if you see an attractive profile in any of your online portals, then you feel like making friends with him but you do not know him. When you propose your friendship with him, then immediately his reply came and your conversation started. Gradually you people have come to know a lot about each other but it is not known whether what he has told is true or not. Then just like that one day he asks you to transfer some money or asks for some personal information from you and after taking the money he will block you or some misuse will be done with your personal information, in such case also you can be scammed.
In such a situation, it is very important to be cautious and take precautions as much as possible and also stay limited to online conversations only to the extent that you feel you can trust and there should be a solid reason behind that trust.
