Eight months of the year 2023 has been completed. I can't believe how quickly this year has gone by but that's how time is, time just keeps going on. Like every year, this year too many people would have made their New Year goals and there would be many people who would have achieved those goals but there are many people who run after achieving their goals but Unable to achieve your goal.
There are many people who are very happy when they achieve their goals, but if a person's goals have not been achieved and he has worked hard with a sincere heart, then you can understand his pain and sorrow, but still many people You feel so much motivator that there you make more good and new goals and work hard again because it is not necessary that the goal you have made is made for you only, God has made something for you. And think better so that you are not able to achieve this goal. There are all these ups and downs in life but there is one thing which we should always maintain that is confidence and motivation because if you have confidence and you remain regularly motivated then there are very high chances that you will achieve your goal well.
The way everyone makes their goals, this year I also made a lot of goals and every year I make some or the other type of goals. Firstly my goal here was that I have to improve my health a bit and for that I thought that I will join the gym but I could not do so because my current job is very stressful and we have to work more than 10 hours a day. We have to work, after this neither do we get time for any other work nor does our body have enough capacity to do heavy workouts like Basti's because it is very important for you to be energetic to do the workout. Since the work is so stressful, there is a great need for rest.
I don't need at least 7 to 8 hours of proper sleep only if I can do less well the next day and if I don't do it, then on the second day I feel very lazy at work and sometimes even sleepy. They keep coming. Then after waking up in the morning, there are a lot of household chores which I have to do, due to which if I sleep, I may not have time to go to the gym. And then I also give some time to Hive because from here I can earn some side earnings. If it goes, it is very important to give time for the hive. However, due to my busy schedule, I am not able to get much engagement, so I am not able to grow much in it.
I have no idea how I will be able to achieve my health related goals because sometimes I feel very stressed wondering how to manage a heavy job with such a workload. Many times I also think of switching jobs but I do not understand at all which decision to take because if I leave the job then there may be a lot of difficulties in getting a new job and I may have to Don't get job in my city. My main reason for working here is that I am getting a job near my home, so it is somewhat comfortable, but due to so much workload, I am not able to do any other work, I regret this a lot.
At the moment, I am thinking here that if I get some time in the morning, I can improve my health a little more, because apart from morning I have no time left, so it is very difficult in such a situation, but I still try to maintain my health. I try my best and sometimes I also go jogging in the morning when I have time.
I hope that I get some work which has less workload and I can comfortably focus on my health.
