We study in school for about 12 to 14 years and in these years we learn a lot of things which are very useful later on in our lives. Most of these things are related to studies which are useful for our future career studies. Schooling is necessary for everyone because in school we get basic knowledge of things and learn a lot of things. In many schools, other things are also taught along with studies like sports, music etc. Children can make a career in whichever subject they are interested in because they have many options available and also have a lot of time and their vision becomes clear to a great extent in school.
Although we get to learn a lot in school which can be useful in our future but if we talk about the future like those people who are above 30 years of age and it has been more than 10-15 years since they passed out of school, then they will have a better experience of what is there in school which is very important for their future. Many people also study those things separately because they feel that these things will be useful for their future. If we see, there are many schools which prepare children for the future and teach them many types of skills but on the other hand there are many schools which are limited only to the syllabus books and do not teach anything more than that and the biggest loss of studying in such schools is that you do not even know about the skills which will be useful in the future and when you suddenly need that skill then you are left behind at that time.
You are taught a lot about big things but no one pays attention to the small things which are very important for life. Here I am talking about how to deal with the problems that we face after doing a job. We should have the skill that keeps us calm and so that we can manage our work in a better way. We know that no matter how big a position you reach, the pressure of work always remains and due to this a person starts taking stress and tension which later gives many diseases to our body. To get rid of these things, a person should know how to manage his life in a better way because the person who has this skill can give better performance in any difficult situation.
Schools may teach how to become a better person and how to get a better position but nobody talks about the skills needed to deal with the problems that follow. Even the big institutes don't know anything about this and they don't even talk about these things.
It takes only a few years for a person to reach a position but a person has to work for about 30 to 35 years and during this tenure, many problems arise and a person has to be prepared in advance to deal with all those problems and give better performance, only then can a person do his work in a better way.
