Ups and downs keep coming in life, sometimes it happens that we get an opportunity to do something good for someone and sometimes it also happens that someone else gets an opportunity to do something good for us, this is the ups and downs in life.
Sometimes you are prosperous, then help someone else, sometimes if you have any problem, then someone else will help you, now even in my life, there are many ups and downs, problems keep arising, even sometimes lot of trouble.
But if I tell you a story this according to the contest, then it was that time when I had entered the last semester of my college.
In our college, in the last semester, there was a subject called Major Project, in which we had to prepare a project according to our trade, and according to this project, further companies select you and offer you a job there, and if I told you about the time, I was very tensed from the third semester to the last semester of my college because my health was very bad there, I got suffered from jaundice three times during college days, due to which my studies were also very disturbed.Jaundice happened at the end of 3rd semester, in the middle of 4th semester, after that I rejoined in 6th semester. Now if I go a little further into the past, you will understand this thing better, the college in which I got admission was in another city and was about 150 kilometers away from my city. So I had taken a room there and there I used to do all the routine things myself, I had never had such an experience before, I had a lot of trouble in the beginning, but gradually I was able to understand.
But due to living in another city, I was facing a lot of problems related to digestion, I had it since childhood, because I was very weak since childhood, then after that I used to eat more homemade food, until nothing much happened till I was in the house but as soon as I went out of the house then my health started deteriorating and the water in the other city was also not clean and the water purifier which I had taken also did not filter the water properly because of which hepatitis bacteria kept coming inside me and first time i got affected 3 times as i told you earlier.
We have to build the project in last semister but now as my health was bad in last semester, I was unable to work in the project because I used to spend most of my time in the hospital, the doctor advised me to take bed rest, so I went to medical leave and i moved to my home and this is about the time when our project was started and we are in middle of it.
We were a group of five people who were assigned the project, I had done some work on the project at the beginning , after that my health worsened, so I went to my home, but my team members helped a lot at that time and they also did my work themselves and all those people worked hard day and night and completed that project before project submission, now as the project was completed .Now the next step was to present this project in front of the interviewer, which was to be presented after our exams, now the exams have come and I also gave the exams, then after some time the process of interview started, at that time they gave me the project when interviewer asked to present, I presented same as explained by my team members and those people liked this product and also praised it a lot. Then the interview got over and we
came back.

This was the story my friends helped me a lot and in the end I also got a lot of credit for their help. And this is the incident after which I started helping other people more and more, I do everything possible from my side. From this incident, i also learn that we should make every effort to help others, because sometimes we may also need the help of others, so if you have helped someone in their bad times, then you will also get helped during your bad times,that's why I request everyone to help each other as much as possible, this not only brings a positive energy in us, but more than that, the other person gets confidence, he gets a support.
