Regarding gender equality, even today there are some things that show that there is no gender equality in the society. Although if we see, in a few decades this status has come towards equality but still there are some areas of the country where gender equality is not seen. In the developed countries, we see that there is no difference between a man and a woman, both husband and wife work and both do the household work in a better way so that no one feels that the burden of work is increasing on them. If we talk about those countries which are not yet developed properly, then in the big cities of these countries you will often see gender equality, but if we talk about those places where people still have old thinking in their minds, there gender inequality is seen. In many places I have seen that there is a husband and wife in a house and there the wife is given only household work to do but the husband is only asked to go out and earn. In such a case, inequality occurs when the wife is capable of earning but she is forced to do household chores, while the husband is being asked to earn, then in many cases it is found that the husband does not do any household work and the wife has to do all the work. Many times there is a rift between the husband and wife regarding this and many times there are fights and quarrels between the two. What is the reason for all this inequality between the two?

In reality, the real meaning of gender equality is that both husband and wife should get equal rights in the society. If such a society is formed, then it will have many benefits. The first benefit will be that the man will not have to bear the responsibility of his family alone. Where there is gender inequality, we have seen that a single man has to bear the entire responsibility of his family and he has to bear all the expenses, whether small or big, because he is the only source of income in his family. If there is gender equality, then the wife will also get a chance to go out and earn money and this will mean that when both husband and wife work together for money and run the family, then the work will also increase 50% between the two and the responsibility of the family will also be divided. The second benefit of this will be that the wife will not have to bear the responsibility of household work alone and the husband will also have to help his wife in household work.
For example, a woman does a lot of household chores throughout the day and no matter how much work there is, she has to do it all. If she gets someone to help her, she can relax a little and the work will also be divided in half. If the husband and wife work together in a house and both take care of each other, then we can say that there is gender equality and the biggest advantage of this is that there are no fights in such families and love remains among the entire family and a good message is also given to the coming generation.
