I would talk to a crowd about the topic of time management. I chose this topic because because, it is one of the most strategic ways of being productive in wherever you find yourself. This topic is very dear to my heart because I have seen the benefit of it as a student and also as a worker during my internship period. As a matter of that, I would like to share with people anytime I am given the floor to speak to the audience so they can also benefit from it as well.
As a college student, I have been working hard to manage my time well and make the most of it. I think the best way to do this is by learning how to manage your time effectively. Time management is the process of planning and exercising control over the amount of time expended on specific activities, especially to increase efficiency.
Time management may be aided by a time management system, which is a collection of processes that help people organize their time. Time management systems include appointment books, daily planners and calendars, alarm clocks and other reminders, or personal digital assistants (PDAs), which can be programmed to provide alerts for tasks at certain times or intervals.
Many people do not know how important studying is for them to be successful in school. They usually focus on other things, like socializing with friends, instead of studying for an upcoming test or assignment.
This is not good because if you don't know how to study properly, you won't be able to learn as much as you should from your classes which can affect your grades negatively if not done correctly.
Another thing that affects your grades negatively is procrastination, because it tends to make it harder for people who tend to put off their work until later than usual, which causes them to forget about what they were supposed to do during that time frame (i.e., study).
If you want something bad enough, there's no reason why anyone should stop themselves from achieving their goals or dreams because there's always another day tomorrow, but if you don't take advantage today, tomorrow will never come.
Time management is a skill we all have to learn at some point, but it's one that can be hard to master.
There are a lot of different approaches to managing your time, and they all can work if you stick with them. But when you're starting out, it's important to figure out what works best for you.
For example: some people like to plan their days in advance, while others prefer doing things as they go. Some people like to write everything down on paper, while others use their phones or computers. The important thing is that you find the method that works best for YOU.
How to improve upon your time management
One of the first things that you should do is to create a schedule for yourself. This will help you determine when you need to do certain tasks, so that they don't get pushed back and forgotten.
Another thing that you should do is set goals for yourself. Having goals will help motivate you to get things done on time, instead of letting them slip through the cracks.
Finally, make sure that you have a good organizational system in place for keeping track of everything. This could be as simple as writing down on paper or using an app on your phone; either way will work well enough for getting things done quickly and efficiently.
Time management is about setting priorities and sticking to them. If you have a lot of tasks to complete, you can't do them all at once. So you need to prioritize which ones are most important, and then focus your attention on those. This will help you avoid getting overwhelmed and feeling like nothing got done.
I would end here with my article for today. It is a pleasure sharing this with you all. Thank you all for stopping by and reading my post. Have a nice day and hope to see you again in my next article.
