Due to the intense heat and sunlight these days, my skin is getting darker. Staying indoors keeps me cool and my skin clear, but I have to venture out for studies and other tasks. The sun is really damaging my skin. Today, I thought of creating something to protect my skin.

My mom shared a recipe with me that her mother (my grandmother) used to make for her. It's really effective! I use it every summer and it helps me a lot. It prevents my skin from getting dark due to the sun and keeps my complexion clear. As I was making it today, I thought of sharing it with you all.

For this recipe, I've taken rice, flaxseeds,
honey,
milk
and coconut oil.
Flaxseeds have numerous benefits! My mom regularly consumes them. Let's make this paste. I've soaked the rice and flaxseeds in water,
then drained the water and blended them with the other ingredients. We can store this paste in the fridge for up to 4 days. To use, massage it on your face for 5 minutes before washing it off with a face wash.
This will help remove blemishes and dark spots from your face, and even out skin tone damaged by sun exposure. You can also use it on your hands and feet, which tend to get darker due to dust.
