It has been more than two years since I am a member of Hive community. Though it had been a halting journey with regard to writing blogs (The demands of my offline life keeps me pulling away on and off), yet it has been a fabulous peregrination with regard to learning and developing bonds.
I came to hive for the purpose of earning money and to find a place to make use of my passion for writing. Nevertheless, as the time moved on I earned much more than just money. (Lolz. I haven’t earned as much money as I desired of 🤫😜)
I earned friends and connections whose impact went beyond the virtual life of blogging. Their presence in my life made me solve problems of my real life.
Connecting with people across the globe gave me insights about various cultures which brings forth the wisdom of its own kind.
Reading about other people’s experiences in their lives has been inspiring and motivating. At times, someone else’s experience makes it easier for us to take wiser decisions in our lives, doesn’t it?
It is because of Hive that I finally overcame my fear of doing crypto trades 🤑. I made an account on Binance and learnt to do transactions. A step towards financial independence.
Besides these general things (that many of us have gained because of Hive), I have learned some lessons between the lines. I have gained insight in some harsh realities of life.
Let me share some of those lessons today.
I was a person who was never satisfied with my efforts and writing. I would face negative feelings when I saw people just beside me performing so well with regards to writing.
Their writing skills often put me in an awe. The choice of subject matter, the use of pertinent vocabulary and the incredible approach for expressing views astounded me.
While I was struggling with my time to maintain my consistency on Hive, these fellows appeared to be quite consistent gaining visibility through engagement.
I felt like I could never attain the level of skills these fellows had. I was over-impressed by them so that I felt like a dumb, at times. May be it was the lack of contentment that made me rate myself low. (Whatever!)
Time went on and it so happened that I found one such fellow was caught for plagiarism (Not by Hive watchers but by Dreemport). Interestingly, it didn’t happen once but despite the warnings, he was caught thrice and so was kicked out of the platform.
Later, another such fellow was caught doing the similar thing. After a while, another fellow was caught using AI. Another was found a culprit for article spinning.
One such fellow was found using multiple accounts with fake identities. (It never made sense to me why she thought of this dishonesty while the account with her personal identity had the potential to perform well).
Anyways, the list of fellows and their crimes went on.........
And it taught me some lessons.
I realized that in this world people are not always genuine. If they look good, flawless and spotless it doesn’t mean they really are.
People are wearing masks to hide their ugliness.
Such people are so shameless that they are never embarrassed of their acts of dishonesty. Instead, they make others feel because of their false pride.
Of they are told of being involved in unlawful acts, they react offensively.
These instances taught me to value my own self. I realized I needed to be grateful and contended for who I have been.
I learned to appreciate my genuineness, my efforts, my uniqueness.
And with these lessons I am here today..... A better version on myself. Happier, satisfied and contended.

Hace más de dos años que soy miembro de la comunidad Hive. Aunque ha sido un viaje intermitente en lo que respecta a la escritura de blogs (las exigencias de mi vida fuera de línea me mantienen alejado de vez en cuando), ha sido un peregrinaje fabuloso en lo que respecta al aprendizaje y el desarrollo de vínculos.

Conectar con personas de todo el mundo me permitió conocer mejor diversas culturas que aportan sabiduría propia.
Leer sobre las experiencias de otras personas en sus vidas ha sido inspirador y motivador. A veces, la experiencia de otra persona nos facilita tomar decisiones más sabias en nuestras vidas, ¿no es así?
Es gracias a Hive que finalmente superé mi miedo a hacer operaciones con criptomonedas 🤑. Me hice una cuenta en Binance y aprendí a hacer transacciones. Un paso hacia la independencia financiera.
Además de estas cosas generales (que muchos hemos ganado gracias a Hive), he aprendido algunas lecciones entre líneas. He aprendido algunas de las duras realidades de la vida.
Permítanme compartir hoy algunas de esas lecciones.
Yo era una persona que nunca estaba satisfecha con mis esfuerzos y mi escritura. Me enfrentaba a sentimientos negativos cuando veía a gente a mi lado que escribía tan bien.
A menudo me asombraba su capacidad de redacción. La elección de temas, el uso de vocabulario pertinente y el increíble enfoque para expresar opiniones me asombraban.
Mientras yo luchaba con mi tiempo para mantener mi constancia en Hive, estos compañeros parecían ser bastante constantes y ganaban visibilidad a través del compromiso.
Sentía que nunca podría alcanzar el nivel de habilidad de estos compañeros. Me impresionaban tanto que a veces me sentía como un tonto. Puede que fuera la falta de satisfacción lo que me hizo valorarme por debajo de mi nivel. (¡Da igual!)
Pasó el tiempo y descubrí que uno de esos compañeros había sido descubierto por plagio (no por los vigilantes de Hive, sino por Dreemport). Curiosamente, no ocurrió una sola vez, pero a pesar de las advertencias, le pillaron tres veces y le echaron de la plataforma.
Más tarde, otro compañero fue sorprendido haciendo lo mismo. Al cabo de un tiempo, pillaron a otro utilizando IA. A otro se le descubrió haciendo "spinning" de artículos.
Otro fue descubierto utilizando varias cuentas con identidades falsas. (Nunca me pareció lógico que se le ocurriera esta falta de honradez mientras que la cuenta con su identidad personal tenía potencial para rendir bien).
En fin, la lista de compañeros y sus delitos seguía .........
Y me enseñó algunas lecciones.
Me di cuenta de que en este mundo las personas no siempre son auténticas. Si se ven bien, impecables y sin manchas no significa que realmente lo sean.
La gente lleva máscaras para ocultar su fealdad.
Estas personas son tan desvergonzadas que nunca se avergüenzan de sus actos de deshonestidad. En cambio, hacen sentir a los demás por su falso orgullo.
Cuando se les dice que están implicados en actos ilícitos, reaccionan de forma ofensiva.
Estos casos me enseñaron a valorar mi propio yo. Me di cuenta de que tenía que estar agradecida y contenta por lo que he sido.
Aprendí a apreciar mi autenticidad, mis esfuerzos, mi singularidad.
Y con estas lecciones estoy aquí hoy..... Una mejor versión de mí misma. Más feliz, satisfecha y contenta.
