Not medicine, but change the habit, this is a good topic, if it is followed, then in life we often need medicine when we are sick, but sometimes medicines do not work, for this we have to change our lifestyle, I also had a personal experience of this, when such a situation happened to me, I got the opportunity to live a dignified life by changing my habits
A few years ago, some such issues started with me that whenever I was tired from sleep, now I feel tired and ask myself, sleep still prevails over me all the time, I had no mental peace at all, I was feeling weak and weak, not interested in any work, feeling anxious and many such issues were with me that I was not able to understand. I decided to go to the doctor, who after telling him my condition, got some tests done and the doctor gave me medicine which proved to be beneficial for me temporarily, but later the same situation started to be felt again
This was the beginning. A friend of mine came to meet me, but my habit was that I used to avoid friends and relatives. I did not feel like meeting anyone, but due to compulsion, I had to meet him. When he realized my condition, he asked me a few questions and told me that he had also gone through the same situation. He gave me some instructions by which I could get rid of the medicines and change my lifestyle or habits and return to a healthy life.
First, I gave up my late wake-up habit and adopted the habit of waking up early in the morning and praying. For this, I had to make a little change in my routine. For this, I set the alarm on my mobile phone so that I would wake up early in the morning with the alarm bell. This benefited me because the fresh morning air and the chirping of birds had a positive effect on my heart and mind. I started feeling mentally satisfied.
The most important thing is that you should eat simple food. Earlier, I used to eat a well-organized diet and there was no fixed time for it, but now I have started systematically eating my food. For example, for breakfast, I eat an egg or an apple. You can use fruit according to the season. Simple food in the afternoon does not burden my stomach, and in the evening, I eat food with vegetables, which improves my digestive system and helps in digesting food. This diet of mine has helped me get rid of the habit of taking medicines
You need to take an interest in physical activities to improve your lifestyle. A 15 to 20 minute walk is very beneficial for health, and if you make light exercise a routine along with it, it is possible to get rid of many diseases, and this has been my experience. It is better than going to the doctor. You should take a walk for an hour in the morning or evening, and at the same time take time for exercise, which will keep you healthy, and you will need less medicine.
I also started doing something else, I started improving my social relations, I started meeting my friends, I started going to relatives, talking to them, and chatting, I made it my routine. This benefited me because I could lighten the burden on my heart, which I did. My friends gave me good advice. If there was any such matter with them, they shared it with me, which started improving me, which gave me peace of mind and heart.
Since I have been interested in sports since childhood, that is why I am fond of playing cricket and volleyball, so wherever there are sports tournaments, I go there and enjoy myself. This gives peace to my mind and I feel better about myself.
Today, mobile phones have increased a lot, especially among children, who are very interested in them. If I talk about myself, I still use the phone very little. I do it a lot, but now I have decided to stay away from mobile phones because mobile phones also affect your brain and eyes, and limiting its use may be better for me because if I use it a lot, firstly I will have to stay up late at night, which will affect my sleep, and secondly it will affect my eyes, which will greatly increase the chances of my eyes getting damaged or losing their vision. Therefore, I want to use it now when needed and stop using it when it is not needed.
I have convinced myself of one thing that I should inculcate the habit of gratitude in myself. For this, before going to bed, first of all, I thank Allah. After that, I would like to thank my parents and it is very important to thank the friends who help me in my bad times. It gives me peace of mind and I feel lighter.
I saw many changes in my life in a month. I adopted all these things that could eliminate my mental stress, heaviness, weight loss, and anxiety. After adopting all of them, now I feel lighter and healthier. These are all things that you can follow to lead a healthy and fit life.
I have practically decided to convey this message to my friends and relatives so that my friends can benefit from it. I am also focusing on sharing it on other social media platforms so that whoever is suffering from this condition and gets rid of medicines, then he will have to adopt these things and change his lifestyle, for which he may face some difficulties in the beginning, but it is definitely difficult, not impossible
In any society where you live, getting affected by diseases is a natural thing that cannot be denied, but I would like to say this here that not every disease can be cured by medicine, but it can be possible only by changing your habits and changing your lifestyle. So, try to change your habits and change your lifestyle where medicine is not working so that you can live a good and healthy life. Human health is the most important and basic thing. If a person gets sick, they become a victim of many problems. Not only does he face problems himself, but also all the people associated with it also fall victim to difficulties. I have no qualms in saying that treatment is possible without medicine. Your thinking, attitude, punctuality, diet, and relationships with others are the factors that make the medicine work. They have no side effects and are long-lasting.
