Sometimes many of us feel our life is still not good compared to other people's lives. Have you ever or even often think like this? If so, you should immediately get rid of such thoughts. There's a lot you don't know about people who have no better lives than yours and yet they can still be happy.
If you often ask yourself how to be happy, or where you can buy happiness, you should be aware that happiness comes from within yourself. Happiness does not come from other people, is not hidden somewhere far away, or even happiness has to come at the right time according to you. It doesn't touch the true definition of happiness at all.
Thoughts that build this happy limit often come from how someone doesn't appreciate the life they have. Always comparing yourself with other people or always setting a standard of happiness with material measures is a mistake that is often done over and over and over and over again, you must know that it is not something that is right. Unfortunately, even though they know this is not something that is true, many also don't care and stay focused on their respective happy standards.
You still think that your happiness can be pegged to the standard? If so, you have to be prepared for the fact that you can never be happy with your life. You will continue to thirst for achievements that are always more, higher, and superior to those around you.
On the other hand, when you feel like your life is nothing, you always feel that you don't deserve the happiness of the life you receive. Wrong! This is clearly not a human thought and is not a mindset that is worth instilling especially in your offspring.
There are many things we can learn from our environment, one of which is how we create and enjoy our lives to achieve happiness without being set by certain standards. Your life will not be happy only with material things because material things keep you thirsty for more achievements. There are many things that you can learn about the motivation for a better life without having to include worldly things that are so ephemeral.
