But have you ever thought that instead of feeling better, it will actually make us feel worse. It's hard to keep doing good even though other people ignore it, even though other people never appreciate it, especially when we sincerely apologize first, even though they were in the wrong. But it will all be easier when we stop being grateful for the kindness we have given, stop expecting something in return or in return from others, we do good because it is part of our personality, part of us.
Dealing with expectations, is actually not an easy matter. Friends with kindness, bring sorrow that can be deep. Friends with enmity, make this heart uneasy. It's true what people say, anything in excess is not recommended.

When you do good, you can get rejected. Automatically, feeling ignored and causing a feeling of being covered in darkness. Doing a crime, life is getting uneasy. There is a great feeling that is actually not good if it continues to be left inside. It needs to be changed to give it a new, soothing feel.
Maybe some of us have experienced or heard, when we do good but don't get a positive reply. Even just left. For example, when sharing information with others about lectures, they will listen and be grateful. However, when there are new activities, we are not necessarily informed. So, we feel "why is he like that?" There is a feeling of abandonment and neglect. Why weren't you invited?
Then think, what is it with us that he can do that? Even though we have done good, why are we not treated the same? Maybe we will think that they just want to get attention, but do not want to give it to others.
However, looking at it from another point of view, there must be things to consider. It could be, it is felt that we are not suitable for the event, or it is felt that we are quite busy with campus activities, and so on. But, we will definitely think again, what's wrong if we keep getting information, even though we can't take part in these activities.

Sometimes we just keep thinking and building our own assumptions. Without ever to consider and let go of all these thoughts. Do you know that it's tiring? Doing good is done indeed on the basis of sincere intentions, not expecting something in return. If others don't invite, it doesn't mean we are left behind. There will definitely be another story to do. Take it easy and do what feels right for yourself.
It's useless to assume and build endless thoughts, because it only stifles the chest and forgets oneself from reality. In fact, it doesn't always end badly. This can be a lesson that everyone is different. We can not be sure that the person must be the same as us.
