Humans in living this life must have different characteristics or characters. The difference is a separate characteristic for an individual to be better known by others that it is him. Psychologists, psychologists and anthropologists have not found a clear definition of personality. For example, there is a lecturer who gives assignments to students so that before entering the course they must first summarize the courses to be taught and if they do not summarize then the student will not be allowed to enter the course. Thus it becomes a separate identity for the lecturer when compared to other lecturers. This is what is called personality, which is a consistent action or behavior. So an individual has an identity if he performs an action or behavior that is often done, thus he will be known by people more easily.
With these differences, it will cause a diversity of personality and cultural structures. Because of that, regional culture is different from one another. It is necessary to know a person's personality not only from habitual factors but from environmental factors. For example, an individual is in an environment of smokers, he will automatically follow his friends smoking. Well, this is where the environmental factor arises. Thus the personality will emerge if there are elements that make up the personality.

The first element is knowledge. That is, someone will have knowledge if he uses his five senses and transmits it to the brain or receptors. They use the five senses to perceive, fantasize or fantasize. As a result, an individual will get a picture of his environment, customs, and norms that apply in that society. It certainly goes into a person's personality because without knowledge the individual cannot do what he has to do so that it is more easily recognized by other individuals.
The second element is feeling. Every individual must have feelings. But not all individuals have the same feelings at the same time and place. Means that feeling depends on how we can control these feelings. For example, on a hot day there is a student or a student who is very tired and then remembers a cold drink that is so fresh, namely coca cola. Along the way he saw shops but none of them were selling, when he arrived at his boarding house, there was a shop but the shop was selling at a high price. And finally the student or student buys him ignoring the price of the coca cola which is so expensive. But the thing called feeling can't be lied to.

The third element is instinctual drive. The urge to do all the activities in this life has been regulated in the instinctive drive or especially in his genes as instinct. For example the urge to maintain life, sex, looking for food, socializing or interaction, imitating behavior, filial piety. The personalities of Indonesians and westerners are also different. They mentioned the personality of the Indonesian people as a friendly nation, polite to everyone, promoting the nature of mutual cooperation. But unlike western people, they usually don't care about the people around them, they only prioritize their own goals. Individual personality, knowledge and feelings of each individual is different from other individuals. And individual personality is actually studied in psychology.
