Basically the organization is a social unit of a group of people who interact with each other according to a certain pattern so that each member of the organization has its own functions and duties, which as a unit have certain tasks and goals and have clear boundaries, so that they can be clearly separated. from the environment. From various definitions of organization, it can be concluded that the organization is a place for the process of activities of people who work together, have the function and authority to work on efforts to achieve predetermined goals. Organizations grow along with the development of a dynamic social environment.
The existence of an organization is strongly influenced by several aspects including the unification of vision and mission as well as the same goals as the realization of the existence of a group of people in society. In order to achieve that goal, organizations need an effective management system that will support the organization's ongoing operations and the level of employee effectiveness also needs to be considered. In general, the organization has several sections, namely the marketing section, the finance section, the production section, the human resources section, and the administration section. Each of these parts carry out different activities but still relate to each other. The level of activities carried out by the organization will change from one period to the next.
In the implementation of the organization itself, there are various problems that occur from the lowest position to the level of the decision maker itself. The problem itself must be resolved immediately so that it does not become a boomerang that will destroy the organization itself. The problem that is often encountered in organizations is communication that does not go well. Communication is not established either vertically or horizontally.

The consequences of the conflict itself are varied. Some (traditional) opinions state that conflict is only an abnormal symptom that has negative consequences and needs to be eliminated.
