Computers and mobile phones have now become an integral part of our every human life and we cannot imagine our life without it. If you asked me to spend a few days without a mobile phone, it will be very difficult for me and I may not be able to live without a mobile phone at all. Every thing in the world has some good side and some bad side. Computers and mobile phones have some bad aspects and they have very harmful effects on our health. We all know that but we can never live without them. So we always try to use them . They are very harmful to our health due to continuous long time use.
Harmful effects of long time use of computer and mobile
Using computers and mobiles for a long time has a very harmful effect on our eyes. Eyes are very important for all of us and we all should take care of our eyes. We all should take care to avoid damaging our eyes by using mobile or computer.
How do I deal with this stress?
Since I don't have my own computer, I use mobile all the time. I do all my work through mobile and I use mobile most of the day. I know that using mobile for a long time causes a lot of damage to my eyes so I use some means to protect my eyes. I will discuss those ways among you and that's why my eyes are less damaged even using mobile.
- Do not use continuously
I have rest to use the mobile for a while and lock the mobile and use it again after a while. I never use mobile for a long time.
- Use eye protection
I use the eye protection on the mobile and by using it the light on the mobile becomes very low and it is not a problem to look at.
- Use water after use
After using the mobile for a while I wash my eyes with cold water and it makes my eyes feel better.
- Try to keep away and use it
While using the mobile I try to keep it away from the eyes and because of this the light of the mobile very low comes into my eyes.
