All living things on earth have souls but not all living beings have minds. Man is one of all living beings and man also has soul. But we cannot call someone human if he has a soul and if he wants to be human, he must have a mind. Man is said to be the best creature on earth and man is called the best creature on earth because he has a mind. Man's knowledge, intellect and conscience are higher than animals, so man is the best creature on earth. But we can't call some people human because there are some people who don't have minds. If there is no mind then we cannot call that human being and that human being is equivalent to an animal. Because animals have souls but animals do not have minds.
There are some people in our society for whom problems are created in our society and by whom our society is harmed. We can never think of those people as human beings. Because even though they have all the knowledge of conscience, they deliberately create all these problems. So we can never call them people. Although they have souls, they do not have minds. That's why we can't call them human.
