Praise is the thing that is most liked by the wider community. Many people, in order to get recognition from the people around them, do many things to look perfect. Isn't that just a small influence? Well in my opinion someone who wants to look perfect and good in order to get a compliment is a very bad thing to do. Compliment is a bonus or a gift for the good you have done. The gift is a small appreciation that not many people realize that it can make someone happier. Well, that's all because praise has a positive effect on people who have done a good and real activity.
I am someone who absolutely does not expect to be praised when I do anything, both in my family and in my environment. And maybe some of you also think the same as me, but have you ever thought that praise is a big influence in doing positive things. Of course, in doing good when you get a reward of praise you will feel happy, because you think that you are valuable.
As a private person like me, I am very picky in hanging out. And not many people even know, I find it very difficult to tell someone about my personal things, but there are certain people who can know my personality. What is certain is that person is the closest person in my life.
The biggest compliment I've ever gotten, when I was in my work environment that I've been working on now. How happy I was when that day I received news from the manager where I work to conduct a competency test in my world of work. So you know? Many people want this competency to get this opportunity, because this competency will get a certificate from the center which makes it easier to continue work easily. But that's all I believe, that happened thanks to my persistence in working, so I got this opportunity. I was so sure the manager showed me that he believed I was worthy and capable of having that opportunity. I was proud and touched when I received the graduation announcement for my competency test, and obtained the certificate with good graduates, even though I didn't have a high score, but I felt satisfied because I was able to pass the exam. And you know what I get from this I get so much praise by my manager and also the head of the section in the agency I work for.
Since then, I feel I am valued, and I try to give my best by working here. At least when I can't work here anymore I leave a good impression, and vice versa I get a good experience and good treatment where I work. It's not easy to get appreciation in an institution, but in my opinion, getting recognition in the form of praise and trust from them makes me happy and satisfied to give them the best.
So friends, that's the biggest compliment in my life so far, it's very memorable and has become an appreciation that has such a big influence on me. But friends, don't ever get an appreciation, you will overdo it, because that's the same as you have heart disease and it will make you unhappy. Greetings from me @arasiko.
