Social media is very widely used as a means of socializing that is not limited by time or distance, making it very easy to establish communication between people even though they are on other continents. As we are experiencing now, for example, establishing a virtual brotherhood on this platform is the best social media in the world of Hive Platform. Well, not only as a communication tool, social media is also used as a place to develop various businesses, through content that is made to be interesting for social media connoisseurs wherever they are.
As a global communication tool, social media is often one of the factors that cause misunderstandings with partners, I've experienced it. As an indifferent man, I rarely surf on social media, whether it's just updating stories or even uploading photos of my daily life.
Well, unlike my partner, he really enjoyed spending his time on social media back then. However, that was before I met him. I had a fight with my girlfriend just because of a social media message from a guy I don't know, I was very curious about the ex-girlfriend or who that guy was, so I opened all the message history from them, it turned out that the guy was my girlfriend's ex-school friend, they started conversations on social media, indeed the content of the message is not extreme, it's just ordinary pleasantries, but enough to be jealous in heart, but one thing that makes me jealous, my girlfriend gave the man a personal cell phone number. so that my soul and brain are very confused, jealous and annoyed growing without permission.
That's when I asked my girlfriend to meet, at that time we had a big argument, she defended herself very well, she even told me who and why they could give each other cell phone numbers, it turned out that the man besides his friend was also my girlfriend's aunt's brother. He even showed me some pictures of the man with his aunt who I happened to know him. Not only annoyed and angry in front of my girlfriend, I even checked incoming messages and incoming calls on his cellphone, very ridiculous right? haha. When I remember the incident, I feel ashamed and sorry for scolding my partner.
Well, in my opinion, social media if used as well as possible will have no effect on couples, all of this depends on the users and their respective partners. Apart from being a means of communication, social media will also create a good history for you, when you update good photos and videos with your partner to tell the story of your life journey with your partner.
