Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. What is the main factor that differentiate between most successful people and most unsuccessful people? It is their decision making power. A right decision at right time makes a right impact. Sometimes, it is too hard to make a decision. It depends on the situations as well. It is important as well as critical point, what you decide for your better future. Before deciding anything, we should make a delicate analysis. We should not involve our feelings and emotions whenever we made a decision.
Things to remember before making decisions
Whenever I 'm deciding anything, I keep some important things in my mind. These things helped me in making good decisions. It is always better to make a good decision before our decisions are made good by someone else. There are different types of decisions. The things involved in each type of decision varies. To make a good decision, there are some basic steps that are similar in each type of decision. There are some points that I always strictly follow in making a decision.

- Review
Analysis
Before making any decision, I did a complete analysis. I identify the problem. I check its background reason. Moreover, I consider it's pros and cons. How long my decision will take to implement properly? In short, I consider everything in my plane before making a decision.
History
I 'm lover of History. I read some books written on the biography of my Heros. Everytime when I have to take a decision, I take help from history. The most successful and most influential people have fixed good examples for us. I took help from their past experience before taking a decision.
Review
Before implementing my decision, I made a review. I make checklist points. I briefly review all essential steps that needed for making a decision. This review reduces chances of uncertainty and increases chances of Accuracy in my decision. During my review if I found anything wrong, I shall skip my final statement and work for new decision.
Decision about my Android
My current android is not working well. It is hanging whenever workload increases beyond its captivity. I found these problems. In this case, I opened setting to rectify these issues. I also visited some YouTube tutorials to get guide from them. I reviewed each step in solving these problems. Finally, I found that all these steps are not enough for solving my android problems. It has internal low quality server issues. Hence, there is one last option to replace it with new android that should have my required features. Finally, I took decision for purchasing a new smartphone. It definitely will cost me some extra dollars and I 'm happy that I can afford it by my pocket money.
Conclusion
The Decision making power depends on our innate talent. Some people also get this skill from their experience. Everyone do it's best to take right decision. For making right decision, we should be sharp and should be fast. Moreover, we should fix a criteria in our standard. This criteria should be considered seriously for making a decision. Being human, our decisions can't be always right but we should be careful to minimize mistakes in it. For replacing my android, I scrutinized my decision from all steps that helped me in my final statement. I 'm not lazy in implementing my final decision, hence I have start working on it timely. I believe, we should do everything for a good decision. We should never ignore its outcomes. We should be confident for what we have decided. A decision with lack of knowledge and wrong approach resulted in big loss during dealing. In each type of decision, we should think a lot. If things are not happening according to my plan, then I never feel disappointed. At the end, there is a learning from each process. If there is possiblity then I tried to repeat my decision making process otherwise I learned from final results. I don't like any sort of speedy decision, we should consume overall given time in making a decision. This is my simple approach for making a decision.
