Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Kids are considered the shadows of their parents. They are the 1st guardians of the kids. From the toddler stage to Adulthood, they learn everything from their parents. Whether it is Social life or it community, the role of parents in sharpening their kids has been appreciated. During the upbringing of their kids, their role has been amazing. Good parents always give rise to good kids who play a good role in the progress of a country. Reversely, if parents are bad or not present, then the kids have a compromised lifestyle that I have witnessed personally.
I'm A Kid Who Always Miss Fatherly Compassion
From my childhood, I have witnessed that my father is abroad. To look after our family, they have sacrificed a lot of things. During my upbringing, my grandfather has played a vital role. Although he provided me with everything that my father can provide me I'm feeling many drawbacks in myself as compared to a kid whose upbringing was done by both parents.
When I was a kid, I started missing my father, especially during school time. When there were the school final results ceremonies when other kids were getting appreciation for their fathers, I was missing my father. Similarly, when a teacher or principal punished me to bring my father, I missed his presence. It evolves into emotional depression and low confidence in my personality. A father has the role of backbone. In the absence of my father, I have witnessed many weaknesses in my personality. I'm still unable to express everything in a family event. I learned how to drive a car now while others learned how to drive a car in their childhood in the presence of their fathers. I always missed the supportive behavior of my father.
Similarly, it is said
If we lose a father, we shall lose masculinity, and similarly, if we lose a mother, we shall lose female self-esteem.
We need to understand the challenges faced by a kid when a father or a mother has been absent in his or her upbringing. There is nothing that can replace the needs of parents.
Final Thoughts
Parenting role in the upbringing of kids is very significant. It is very unfortunate to see when parents are absent in raising a kid. These kids lack emotional support, financial support, and encouragement from their parents. Moreover, our society criticizes these kids. It is very strange when a kid is criticized for not having parents. I have faced many social stigmas alone. My mother is a very generous lady who always fulfills my desires like my father, but a father's presence is everything to me. I faced strange behavior from our society when I was living alone with my mother. It was not only financial support that I missed in the absence of my father but also his empathy and compassion during my childhood. If we are parents, then we should upgrade our thinking, especially when we have a toddler kid. We need to play our role in their upbringing. Although we are not the direct reason for bringing kids into this world, we should never ever leave our family while raising kids.
