Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. On our planet, there are different nations that have different Holidays Traditions. Some traditions are good and some traditions are bad. In modern world, there are also some people like me who don't like ancient Traditions a lot especially whenever they are useless and just waste of money.
I have witnessed a lot of holidays traditions like decoration of tree, exchanging gifts cards, wearing sweater, Santa gifts etc. I 'm a modern person who belongs to a modern thinking hence I like to change what is not good in our societies. We should enjoy holidays freely without any stress of ancient Traditions because some people forced them to follow old family traditions that is worst example for hating these traditions for me.

Don't Exchange Gifts Cards
On Eid UL Azhar at the end of Islamic year in Muslim Culture and on Christmas at the end of English Year in Christian Culture, people share gift cards. These gift cards are costly.
Moreover, it has disturbance and it is awkward for me to read these virtual gifts cards when someone directly sent me on what's app and on discord. When I 'm busy in work on Android or on PC, I don't like any sort of disturbance. In both cases although we are sharing love with each other but it is panicked for some persons. For example, a guest visit our house on holidays. They surely buy different Eid or Christmas gift cards for their host. Similarly, the host family will do the same. In most of the cases, I have seen that one out of these two families, there will be persons who are starving because they did't have enough money to buy food for themselves. In this way, both families are spending money on some paper work. Regardless of this, we should buy some physical gifts like clothes and good food and must share with most deserving persons in the guest.
Same amount of money can be spent on clothes and food stuffs. It will be extra support for poor and needy persons in the family. I 'm following this step instead of following traditional exchange of card gifts in holidays.
On auspicious event holidays, the dividing of food items is hundreds times more better than sharing gift cards. Because people need food in hunger pangs not gift card to fight with challenges of Starvation.
Conclusion
Although, we are living in Modern world that is hundred times advanced from the world in 18th Century but still there are people who like to follow some old holiday Traditions. It is hard to keep them away from these traditions. I don't know why they follow these traditions. There are many Traditions that should be modified or stopped in the future because they are not providing any benefits for the people. Sharing gift is not bad. I shares gifts with my mother on Holidays. I don't like sharing gift cards. It is an old tradition. By exchanging gifts, you are not helping to anyone. We can replace these gift cards with some physical items like clothes and food. It will be a charity deed and donations for those who are struggling with the needs for a better life.
