Hello to the Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. I found again one interesting topic to post from HL Team. It is all about Privacy Right and Freedom of Speech. I like Freedom of Speech. I support freedom of speech. But when someone tried to attack on my privacy on the name of freedom of Speech, I can fight with him for years.
For me:
Freedom of Speech is expression of words freely under the Laws of Human Rights.
If we are crushing human laws and we are spreading violence and fears on the name of freedom of speech then there is great threat to privacy.
I have seen people started targeting to specific religions and religious values on the name of freedom of Speech. It not only hurts a single human but whole Humanity. There is no religion who allowed to crush peace and spread violence for the creation of God.
Privacy is the Mighty Right
Everyone has special privacy. We should not cross it. When someone is talking to me, I first think about my limitations and then warn him about his limitations. Privacy can be anything like in human behaviors, dealings and Social Norms. We didn't have right to spoil it at any right.
I love Cryptocurrency because it provided privacy to my assets
I like Cryptocurrency as it has true sense privacy to my money. After joining Hive, I learned many aspects about privacy. There are Posting Keys, Active keys, master Keys and memo keys to make our account private and in our full control. Privacy provides protection to our rights. Thanks to Blockchain that provides privacy to our transactions.
Freedom of Speech or Right to Privacy
I already explained I love to support freedom of speech. But when I have to select one from these two rights, then I shall select Privacy to my rights.
Recently, someone started spreading dispersion among people on the name of Freedom of Speech in Pakistan. He claimed to be liberal hence he has right to attack on any political person and any religion.
Our state didn't take action against him. People gathered and killed him. It not only had put negative image to my country but also provided a case to spread violence in Society. Actually, he was making target to specific religious person. It is again bad to hit any religious thought but killing is not the solution. There should be rules must obey by every citizens. When someone is targeting the privacy of someone, he should be punished by state before there will be any reaction from general public.
Hence, it is better we should respect to someone privacy either the person himself is good reputed or has bad image.
Conclusion
Freedom of Speech is a big subject to deal and understand. Without knowing completely about it, we can't make a speech on the name of Freedom. First, we should learn what is the real meaning of freedom of speech then we propagate our words freely.
At any cost, we should not confused our freedom with privacy of someone. It is basic citizen right to keep himself hidden. He has right to keep his assets in Privacy. At last, freedom of speech is less important for me than my privacy.
