Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Arguments with strong evidence are supportive if our opponents, relatives, parents, or even siblings know about the topic of discussion. Otherwise, it is useless to argue when someone doesn't know, and we try to debate. Arguments can be a blessing as well as bone. They are blessings because they tend to spread our motto, and they are bone because if our opponents do not have enough knowledge, they lead to a big tussle. We can't argue with everyone. An educated person should argue with an uneducated person. If we are going to argue with uneducated people then there are strong chances of spreading terror and tussle. Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran,
"People who know and People who don't know, can't be Equal"
Certainly, every verse from the Holy Quran has truth and guidance for the whole world. I believe we should argue with people who know.
Arguments can be a convenient tool to convince someone about a truth. Some arguments are so strong that they lead to people for peace talks. But we should not always argue because they have strong potential for fights, wars, and tussles. Strong people listen to their opponents carefully, and they bring strong evidence for rejection; otherwise, they accept the truth wisely.
In Lahore, I have witnessed debates and arguments on religious topics. People are very arrogant and encourage others to accept their useless beliefs. The last time when I was in the tomb of a Muslim Saint, I experienced one terrible incident. Two groups of people started with each other. Many people got injured and one causality happened. It all happened due to useless arguments. The Sain believers were arguing with another group of people that the salt in the shrine could be the remedy for many diseases. The opponent group didn't believe this statement. 1st, there was a calm environment in their discussion because the saint believers were unable to present any scientific research except a few unproven philosophies. This group crashed into the other group, and a ruthless event happened. Thank God the police reached there and sorted out the matter.
For me, I don't like arguing with people personally. Even on the hive blockchain, I dropped information to help users. If they accept it and ask questions regarding it, I argue with them. Otherwise, I like to keep myself silent. Similarly, I can argue with friends on topics for which they retain knowledge. If someone doesn't know, I 1st will provide him with strong statements. If he still does not accept, then I like to change the topic before any more violence happens. We should always respect our relationship instead of political or religious arguments on useless things.
There are ethics and barriers to arguments in a healthy environment. Better we should avoid arguments on political and religious topics because they always lead to tussles. Moreover, if we are going to argue with someone, then make sure he or she can understand easily our words. Our statements should be clear and our words should have peace instead of violence. We should debate with our opponents peacefully. If someone is right, we should accept otherwise, we should give him evidence. If we are on the right track but still someone is not accepting then we should not waste time. These are my helping guts while arguing with someone.
