I am pretty new to HIVE, it’s my first decentralized platoform. I have always been into centralized platforms because I didn’t know about decentralized platforms and the difference between centralized and decentralized. Also, in my county Bangladesh there are a few who use those decentralized platforms. After joining Hive I was very confused about many things like I have never used anything before like this. But after 2 months to be honest I am in love with this platform like I can’t think off a day without posting unless I am busy or tired.
Hive has become a part of my daily life because in my daily routine I always have a time in a day where I have to spend my time on Hive writing posts and other things. In my opinion it’s the best platform for talented people to get valued moreover, great platform for the content creators. I didn’t know I could write so well until I got into Hive. I am not praising myself I am just happy about my skill of writing is improving that’s all I needed.
As I have said before I am new so I did not finish exploring out everything about HIVE but I do know about the most important thing which is the rules and regulations. Anyways, it’s a Web 3.0 platform so, there are many opportunities available here. I don’t know about the developments obviously it’s fine as it’s now. But when time passes changes are needed.
NEW FEATURES
First of all I think the feature I would like to add first which is for the newbies. New accounts should not be able to post in many communities or join them at first until their profile is fully verified I mean if they don’t know about the rules regulations need to have an observe over that thing that person is now okay to post on HIVE. I have seen many newbies posting in wrong communities also on a topic which should not be allowed such as selling ads post. Last time I saw someone trying to sell off his Bike on Hive. There must be a short summary like a small list of things to be avoided if she’s/he’s a newbie. I think it would be helpful for the new ones if the other communities unlock in a level of the account to define he/she is ready to post. I think one community would be where they post their introduction unless that they can’t post in the other communities.
Another thing is that community members can use chat mode to communicate with each other. There should be options to have a chat I mean conversation on HIVE. Like I have to use 3rd party app such as Discord, Instagram, twitter(aka X),Facebook etc. it’s a hassle to have to try to find someone in other platform where we can easily get access from HIVE. Like I have made some friends on HIVE I can’t directly send them messages and have to use discord app. It would be better to add a option where I can communicate with my friends of Hive or meeting new people would be helpful in my opinion talking in the comment section does not make that much progress.
I would also like to talk about the Wallet where my current balance is 98.260 HBD. If I want to withdraw this then I need Binance to do that, like to convert HBD. Which I find as a long process. I think if there is a alternative way to do it on HIVE that would be better. Like adding an app in the hive from where we can convert HBD.
I don’t know why these features are not added yet maybe there must be a valid reason but as a user I am talking about my needs. As it’s a decentralized platform so I can give my opinions. It does not mean HIVE is lacking something it is perfect as it is, I love this platform. It’s been like maybe 2 months and I am very consistent right now. Well, maybe I am suggesting those because I a influencer on web2 I have used those platforms that’s why I feel the need.
