Hello everyone! This is week-010 of our weekend thread contest. Our aim in the Hive Learners community is to promote engagement, interaction, and fun while also providing a healthy environment for Hivers to grow and explore their potential. And in that light, we bring to you yet another initiative to spur another form of creativity and camaraderie amongst users in the community:
ℍ𝕀𝕍𝔼 𝕃𝔼𝔸ℝℕ𝔼ℝ𝕊 𝕎𝔼𝔼𝕂𝔼ℕ𝔻 𝕄𝕀ℕ𝕀 ℂ𝕆ℕ𝕋𝔼𝕊𝕋
Generally, the idea is to thread, thread, and thread your way this weekend surrounding the topic given—which we will get to in a minute—engage with other threads by other users, and promote the spirit of engagement. It's a fun activity, and we invite you to join in.
For last week's topic, "Book Recommendation: Tell us one book you want others to read once in this life and why in a thread or Threadstorm," we had quite a number of threads, and we would like to highlight and reward them, just like we mentioned in our announcement post.
Winners
...shares about a book by Elena Ferrante titled My Brilliant Friend. They made a truly storming #threadstorm of nine levels, succinctly giving convincing reasons why the book is golden for them. In their words, the saga is captivating as it has interesting dynamics, such as the two main characters having complex buildups, owing to the author's daring courage to portray reality. For more on this threadstorm, click here to find it.
...has their favourite book of the year to be one by Carl Newport that shares rules for focused success in a distracted world, titled Deep Work. From their thread, one can expect to receive insights on how to take one's level of productivity up a notch and also tips on managing one's presence on social media to not consume one. Find their thread here.
...brings to us a book by a phenomenal and popular author, Dale Carnegie, titled How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. They share about just how worrying is totally not needed and does nothing but harm one, especially when taken to extremes. Check out their thread here.
All of the above winners will receive 1 HBD each. Now it's time to announce the five other most engaging threads that will receive 10 LEO each—in no particular order. Congratulations to everyone of them for participating and winning the Weekend Thread Contest!
