One of my neighbors bought a Nigerian used car last year and now he has parked it in front of the house. As for the hive learner prompt about one car per family, I strongly disagree with this and that won't reduce the gas polluting the air, not every family can afford a car so not every family will use a car, for those who can afford it, it doesn't sound well to limit them to one car, let us assume the man and the woman are working in a different company and they need a car to take them to their workplace,e how would they cope if there is only one car for the family, or one of them want to travel to another state for days, how will the other members of the family move from one place to another especially when they need to move around in a car.
The reason why it won't reduce the carbon emissions polluting the air is because we still have commercial vehicles and a family that can afford two or more cars woul definitely have money to maintain it to keep it road worthy.... Most of the pollution is caused by commercial vehicles.
