It's nice being here this week, all thanks to God for keeping us, for my participation in the first edition of tye 66th week of hive Learners weekly promt, I would not be sharing a story of me because practically I never had to add or loss weight, even if planned on doing any, it won't work out, I don't think my body capable f Lossing r adding p weight and I guess I won't be far different from this in the feature.
BUT!!
I would love to tell the story of a girl I know of, she once had the opportunity to add weight and latter on she made a decision that made loss weight so badly that she was slimmer than how she was before adding up weight.
I won't be mentioning her name but it was so unfortunate for her at the beginning, her parent were not ae to fully cater for her well being so it was arranged that she would live in her uncle's house who would take care of her bills, she was also to help him do some house choice and other little work.
At first when she accepted she was normal in weight but after a while she began adding weight and like.joke.she became chubby, this was not intentional but because she was exposed to availability so her weight also was altered.
She grew up there for a numvwr of years and then when she became an adult she felt like she was in a prison, it became like a burden because she was restricted from some activities and it was because she was being protected by her uncle but she saw it as being in a prison so she decided to go back and stay with her mum, I would never advice that because her mum's striving could only bring food on the table ( this is due to the nature of her work), she is uneducated) and the lady had just finished attending high school and with that hot brain she would have loved to further her education but everything got spoiled up because of the decision she made.
Right now, she is more slimmer than you can imagine all in the quest to be free, sometimes the decision we make is turns out to be what our life lies on wether good or bad.
So about getting slimmer or adding up weight, sometimes our situation can lead to to Lossing or adding up of weight, most people would want to be chubby but their condition or the situation they find themselves in would hinder them as we all know, na condition make crayfish bend.
And again some people just thinks it's the workout that make people slimmer or fatter, it's not just about the workout it's also about eating good food, many people are carried away by what they see on TV but behind the scenes those guys eat rich food and thats what hasten their workout, most of us eat junk food and expect workout to work for us, we would instead work in instead of getting fit via workout 😂😂😂😂.
