Stress is something we experience on a daily basis that is why we are humans. Every human go through stress in one or the order. Stress is inevitable as death is inevitable so is stress.
When i come across this topic i was in deep thought how the world will look like without stress. We encounter stress almost every day of our life
Stress have become part of my life i pass through stress in my world place and also in my social activities.
Stress can affect us physical, emotional and mental. Emotional and mental stress are the worst stress,one should not pray to pass through this stress because they are very dangerous to our health.
Stress can be dangerous if we don't take proper care of health there is need to pay attention to our health
Presently i am passing through stress that is wrecking me down working and taking care of my sick dad have really been stressful for me most times i wish i can fast forward the hours. Waking up so early to prepare food for my sick dad and also dress up for work combining the two task have really been stressful for me that i always wish for public holiday at my place of work so that the stress will not be much. If you are working and also taking care of a sick one you will understand is not easy the work load is so much I stand up 8 hours at my place of work getting home i also have another thing that will stress me at home.
Most times i ask myself do we really need to pass this stress for us to survive i find out that presently if you didn't stress yourself you will not put food on your table. Stress is not really bad but it depends on the way we handle it well stress have become part of our life we have
I am a victim of stress, stress can mess you up believe during those years i was working and taking care of my sick dad i was really frustrated i never knew that stress can frustrate someone not until i became a victim of stress. Stress really bring me down i was really looking sick.
It wasn't easy for me to balance my stress it got to a point where i have to pick one and drop the other one because it's was affecting me mentally.
How was i able to manage my stress?
I quit my current job to reduce the stress on my side the stress i am passing through now is less
I give myself a lot of rest
Conclusion: stress may look as nothing but it is very dangerous to human health please when stressing yourself always remember to pay attention to your health because your health is very important.
Say no to stress my wonderful people many research have been made on stress one about stress is it will kill you little by little.
