All worker cannot earn equal pay because their work differs in terms of technicality and manual strength. So work that requires less manual strength will definitely have a reduced pay than the tedious ones with more of human capacity. Holding to this fact, it is expected that a bricklayer be paid more than an accountant (this might seems funny, but when we look in terms of human's capacity, one will definitely give it to a bricklayer).
Tedious works that require human capacity include the following: bricklaying, building of houses, farming, blacksmithing or welding, cleaning, manual teaching, and the likes. These works require financial renumeration to encourage those involved. Though in this present age, technology has taken hold of most of these manual labours but there's still the need for human capacity one way or the other.
So if I'm to fix issues of payment, I'll take a moment to review the challenges by letting workers from the respective department air their opinion regarding what should be done to better and improve their standard of living. Once I'm able to have their statistics, then i can proceed to the payment of the departments based on our agreed salary scale. I believe that by doing this, I'll definitely be putting smiles on people's face. So the inordinate need for a white collar job will be measurably reduced and other sectors left unattended will begin to gain more traction while the human capacity will be boosted to a uniform scale. The economy will grow due to the boost in human capacty.
The good thing about an agreement is the level of satisfaction the employees or wage earners derive from what they get. This will definitely boost their human strength to work harder than ever. To work pays, and there is dignity in labour. No one would like to be underpaid for their job. So, as a result of this, i will set a salary scale for the purpose of unity. I believe that once I'm able to tackle this aspect, the majority of issues regarding payment will be sorted, and everyone will have a full course to rejoice once again. The more the workers are happy, the more the economic growth turns positively.
So a bricklayer is expected to be more that than office worker. Base on this level of strength, A man working as a farmer in the field of agriculture is expected to be more paid compared to other professions except medical doctors whose work seems to br tedious as well. I believe this will definitely help in striking the balance one deserves in the payment system. It is height time for people to start considering working in other sectors rather than placing more priority to white collar job. There is dignity in labour.
